It's very over simplifying and feels very unpersonal. Of no help whatsoever to anyone with anxiety problems
AnxietyTest helped me when i was questioning if i had anxiety or not. so i downloaded and i took the test. even though it’s not a CoMpLeTeLy accurate test, it gave me an idea of what i had and the severity level. i advise getting this before you go to an actual doctor just to get an idea of what you have. and they have so many other apps for autism, ocd, adhd. etc. thanks for reading this and i hope it helped you like it did me. 💗
In my opinion I think the test was great but what would’ve made it a little better was if at the end you could put down some examples of how to relieve the stress some people might be feelings or a few examples of what to do during an anxiety attack etc. Just a thought
