The game will not load, I cannot play slots

Can’t play the slots. Everything downloaded but when the chosen game comes up it acts like it is going to open and then goes off. I have a lot money invested in chips. I am very disappointed.

My Konami slots never opens right will be just a little 3/4 screen to play have deleted and re loaded same thing other slots work fine. How do I fix it.

My update button doesn’t work

Can you fix MyKonami slot on Android? I'm in hospital and will be here 14 more days. Why can't you fix it if you made it? You should be able to do an update and have everyone download it. Get with the program dude!

When I try to get into play a box drops in to state that I am out of mem ory and that as developer more memory must be added by webgl. Never heard of such a thing. I hit the okay and then I am frozen and cannot get to lay. Please help

MyKONAMI game is malfunctions . The spin shows I should get credits or bonuses but it doesn’t credit to me.

MyKonami will not load on laptop computer. It will load on phone. When attempting to load on laptop it displays a blank white screen.

Both my Konami Games and my wifes bgames will not load today. Never had any problems before . I do not want to lose all amy points or hhave to pay to get them back.

Updated and now game continually crashes on my iPad… it’s been almost 2 weeks and seems like others are having the same issue. Do you test before releasing updates? Are you working on a fix?

Able to open then screen goes black

We all seem to be having the same problem since July 2nd. MY SCREEN FREEZES. IT GOES AUTOMATICALLY TO THE STORE AND THEN WON"t leave the store. Starts to load games and then goes to home page

My konami keeps shutting down. What's going on

My Konami Slots says it's connecting to store and then goes black. Started on 7/3/22.

Just did the new My Konami update on my android phone and now I can't play. My wife has the same problem after she did the update too.

I load the game and then it goes back to home screen

Mykonami keeps taking me back to home screen. Won't connect or allow me to play games for 2 days. Removed and reinstalled and still doesn't work.

I was hacked and my Konami game is not showing my current totals for Chios or levels. I recently purchased $24.99 in chips . I am not sure if that ys there either. I did not cluck in a $39.99 chip purchase but it came up as I did . Is there a way to get me back to where I left off?

The site has been down for the past 2 days. The one time it partially loaded, I was able to click the button to collect the 2hr coin. There were no other options that would work so I couldn't play the Daily Challenge (I've played over 600 days straight). I pushed on every icon and image on the screen. As I said, only twice yesterday was I able to get into the site.

Logged on this morning to find that 5 years of progress had been wiped away. App shows as if I’m brand new user.

Above the play board there are 2 extra lines of symbols on Star Watch 3 games& there are coloured lines running through play board on both Diamond Trails games.
