I have been trying to open spoon on my iPad and all I see is a white screen for a brief moment before the app closes. I already downloaded the newest update and have tried shutting down my iPad and turning it back on, I even deleted the app and reinstalled it. It would be helpful if someone could help me figure out what’s wrong so the problem can be fixed.

How to fix Spoon app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Spoon app on iPhone
Update Spoon app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Spoon iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Spoon on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Spoon network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Spoon Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Spoon not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Spoon App
1. On android, goto Settings » Spoon » click [Force Stop]

Update Spoon to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spoon App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Spoon » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Spoon.

Fix Spoon unable to contact server/ Spoon internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Spoon » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Spoon » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Spoon
