The search and account icon are so far in the corners I can’t push them to get to the respective screen
My app did not update to show registered offenders in my area. My wife's did, as well as my friends......what do I have to do,? I uninstalled twice.....updated my phone, still nothing.
My family no longer receives any alerts in our area. Charlotte Nc. I know what's going on in LA and NY though.

Im using Citizen app on an Android Moto G Stylus and havent had any issues in the past until recently. Whenever I open the app and try to view incidents in my local area, the map that appears on my screen doesnt show the streets in the map -it only shows a blank, black background, with red dots indicating where the incidents have occurred. However, when I try to zoom in on the map to see the exact location, the streets (like the actual lines in the map and the labels for the street names, etc.) do not render.
I can't get past the page that offers you the opportunity to upgrade to PROTECT. Says swipe right to opt out....swiping right does nothing. I can't get past that page, and can't see my indecent alerts.
