Attempted calling “customer service” and they insisted that there is a “live chat” option on the phone app (there is not). Tried explaining to “customer service” that the only reason they were called is because there was no such option. “Customer service” said use WhatsApp (we don’t have that app) and we asked, “where can we find this “live chat” button/tab that you’re referring to?” and “customer service” hung up on us.
Yes please! Take our money, mess up, make us reach out, and then degrade us with disrespect. Bravo!
Worst shopping experience ever, I bought a watch for 100$ and apparently you can’t exchange!!! that’s it. Barely 3 hours later I changed my mind and went back to the store and I’m told I can’t exchange or refund the item.. it’s worse than buying from cheap discount stores in Dubai.. day2day/ gift market are better ….at least they have a 7-day return policy absolutely zero consumer right..the cashier super arrogant told me it’s not her it’s the management which to be honest is true she is just following the rules.. if I could rate the shopping experience even less that 1 star i would.. absolutely disgusting!!!!

BrandsForLess was working fine on my ipad, now they proposed an update with a complete makeover for BrandsForLess ...nice makeover BrandsForLess doesn't even open anymore!! It just keeps on crashing every single time i try to open it. Its happening to lots of people but still no fix...
I ordered from this website about 2000 AED , and they didn’t deliver after 18 days then I called them and they told me I will receive it after 2 days ..
But instead they canceled all my orders .. I called them and they told me they accidentally did this and they can’t undo it !!!!
The employees were so impolite and they hanged the phone on my face ..

The new updates is very bad and have a lot of technical issues. The sort button not working at all . It will allow people to not use BrandsForLess again
First the order was delivered to the wrong pickup location and I had to run around. Now BrandsForLess keeps crashing when I try to open it. The quality of the clothing item that I ordered is not worth the brand as if it was fake. Extremely disappointed. Don’t trust them

I get the UAE store and prices in AED. I love in Lebanon and when I try to change stores to my country, BrandsForLess crashes. I can't register either because it asks for a UAE phone since I can't switch countries.
Not work, I tried to contact them they said we can't help u on that. Login page becomes white and stuck

Brands for less has great customer service and fast delivery. I like their products too and I think they are high quality. Shipping always faster than est time. Only one down side, items go fast. If you see anything you like buy it then or it’s gone forever.
