Garbage App.

FoodBooking is complete junk and no part of it works. WTH?

I live in Richmond, Va.; a medium-sized city with HUNDREDS of restaurants. I have tried downloading and using FoodBooking twice, and in both attempts, the map told me there were no restaurants near me.

Here’s the weird part, and the reason why I have downloaded FoodBooking twice: a restaurant near me uses this app.com to place online orders. So, I should think that THAT restaurant would show up on the map near me. Very odd and very frustrating.

This is an a horrible application! Very hard to use and place an order
I use this few times for Izzy’s Brooklyn Bagels In Palo Alto California and the order came out wrong to to the issues with the application via web.

I can only assume that this is the cheapest service out there since there are so many bad feedbacks on it

Doesn’t even work! Are you guys a new company? Unfortunately, apparently the only place I could get coffee that works on my fatigue forces you to go through FoodBooking to order now! Please fix! I am a developer, if you need help..

There’s no way to change location if you want to look for food outside of your city. Literally the most confusing app ever. Please change it.

I opened FoodBooking and it had restaurants featured and it would NOT let me look for other restaurants. Waste of time!!

This looks like an unfinished app. The UX is not very good at all. The restaurant on their website doesn’t show up in FoodBooking . 🤷‍♂️

Useless, App doesn’t find restaurants that are available on website and constantly resets. Total joke, should be pulled from App Store.

Don’t waste your time. Call the restaurant instead.

does not notify when ready for pickup

My favorite Indian spot uses this app.com. But FoodBooking doesn’t show it I can only assume FoodBooking has been abandoned. Unfortunate.

Doesn’t allow you to search for restaurants. Can only see one restaurant at a time. Featured restaurant takes up half the screen and blocks the map. Restaurants that use this app don’t show up on FoodBooking . No updates for 7 months. Don’t waste time by downloading this.

FoodBooking works well for restaurants in the area offering online ordering directly. We signed up with Evident Business Solutions and have been sharing FoodBooking with our customers. I find myself using it too when I feel like ordering take out.

Fire

Super easy app to use. You can tell they wanted it user friendly. I use it every week when I’m at work and will be tight on time for lunch. Don’t know what I would do without it!

Not all of us want our shit shared on social media. What your company does is basically throw our info out there to the web. Stop.

I ordered food on Friday 2 July and paid via my debit card. I was sent a message saying my account had been debited however restaurant couldn’t make the food. Rang restaurant and they said yes we can, but you’ll need to pay for the food separately and Foodbooking will refund the money they debited in a couple of hours. Well it’s Monday 5 July now and still my refund has not appeared in my account. Will I get my money back? 4 days for a refund seems excessive. If it was $20 I could wait but it is $100.
