Thrive: Workday Food Ordering Reviews

Loaded and registered and only 4 choices came up, including two that were in the next city. Of the two that were in my building, one had no menu or options and the second had very limited options, fewer than a quarter of what is at the actual site. Besides this Thrive itself is very poorly put together where you have to go to account to find the restaurant listings s f then to home to get to a menu. No back options or return options. Not intuitive at all. Waste of time. Be warned

After this past update I can no longer complete orders. I tried reinstalling Thrive
and now it no longer lets me log in. It won’t recognize my password. I tried to see if perhaps there was an issue with my keychain but when asked to resend the password link it states email doesn’t exist. If. Try to create a new account then it tells me the email address is in use. As is Thrive is functionally just a waste of storage space on my phone.

Thrive is quick and easy to use. However, it needs a comments feature so you can leave custom instructions like hold the sauce, etc.

Probably the worst food ordering app I’ve ever used. Cannot enter any payment information on Thrive or on the website. It can’t detect a card when doing the card scan and it also doesn’t take manual entry of card. On the website there is simply no area to enter card info. Customer service could not help me after spending an hour with them. Kind of amazing how useless these people are :)

I get a blank screen on all my menus and customer support just told me to do the thing I’ve already done which was to uninstall and reinstall. I will update this rating if they fix it but I’m so annoyed that everyone else in my company isn’t having any problems with Thrive and getting percentages off food and even pickup and I can’t even do that..

I don’t know if this is specific to the cafe in the office building I work in, but when you add a 20oz bottled soda to the order, there is nowhere to specify which soda you would like. Other than that, agreed w other reviewers that it’s a basic app that is ok when other food ordering options are not available.

Very easy to use. Very convenient to be able to order food at work while I am on my way to work 😃. Very happy with Thrive .

All I want to do is delete my account as I no longer work at my job that used Thrive. There was no way to do it in-app (that I saw), & their Contact Us email is not in service or supported. Per Gmail, the "recipient server did not accept our requests to connect." How this is a legit way to run a service/business?

Very simple and easy to use interface! Like the way I feel like a VIP being able to walk in and grab my food without having to wait on any lines!

It is very annoying that I have to choose eggs. Sometimes people just want a grilled cheese sandwich. Build your own os not your own 😕

I downloaded Thrive for my workplace office cafe. How do I know what I’m ordering? It only displays daily entree 1-3, daily side 1-3… literally, that’s what it says. If I want breakfast bacon, how do I know I’m not actually ordering breakfast potatoes? The menu can stand to be a bit more specific.

I generally like Thrive , but it desperately needs a section to add notes to the order. My hamburger is always overcooked, unless I can tell the chef to make it medium rare.

I would give it zero stars if I could. No feature of Thrive actually works properly, but the most annoying is it letting you get to the end of your order before telling you every time slot is invalid.

I try to order food, I have full bars on wifi, food cannot be ordered or payment cannot be processed. Guess I’m not eating breakfast for the 100th time. Thrive rarely works properly, if it actually worked I’d give it 5 stars.

Beware of being overcharged and having your bank account potentially overdrafted. I’ve used Thrive for the last time. It double charged me twice, two days in a row. Now I have to file disputes with my bank to get back the overcharges. This review is coming from someone who rarely does them. Take heed.

App is normally basic but works.

Today I can’t use it because it needs to be updated. When I click Update, I am taken to App Store which only offers option to Open existing App!

Guess I’m not ordering lunch today!

And when it doesn’t, good luck getting anyone from customer service to help. Food service places should Think twice before implementing this.

Unfortunately Thrive is not well planned. We have extra side options for extra crabs just no options for extra protein....the ordering is very limited and that may be due to the restaurants options but someone has to step up. Also for goodness sakes, revamp your breakfast prices. I am now paying $3.71 more for breakfast...

How come there is no personalization (comments) section? I would have liked to leave a note to put salt and pepper on the tomatoes on my sandwich, or less dressing on the wrap, etc. Also would be nice to have pictures of all items offered.

Thrive works fine but it won’t allow me to use it now saying there is an update however Thrive Store doesn’t have an update for it.

Don’t forget your password, or you’ll never be able to use Thrive again (you’ll be locked out until the end of time) and the email given to contact the company comes back as undeliverable...I give up!!

Need Apple Pay, otherwise works well.

When it works it’s great but at my office, it’s 50/50 that the order is received - what is that about?? So then I have to order what I already ordered and wait for it, infuriating! Cafeteria says it’s a fault with Thrive . So I don’t recommend it at all.

Says to email them for support and both emails they have are not even valid !! I am currently waiting for support using their chat messaging system.

I can’t create an account for some reason and it tells me to contact support only there is no contact information for support and the link is not even working.

There are too many credit card breaches to trust my card with yet another vendor. Use the apple wallet already on my phone!

Not 5 minutes after I got Thrive was I receiving MULTIPLE SPAM CALLS! I normally get 1 or 2 per day. Now I’m getting 5 or 6 a day. Don’t argue it wasn’t Thrive. It hasn’t been this bad since I downloaded DoorDash.
