I booked a ticket from North Carolina to Hawaii 2 days ago and what they don’t tell you… this is not an actual ticket, only a reservation IF a seat is available. After a 2 hour phone call with a guy from India, I find out my credit card has two additional charges of $356 and $140 who informs me NO REFUNDS. Then I’m notified by another call I will be charged for taxes! I’m beyond angry AirJet even exists but I was told from a coworker they offer low fares. I should have know was too good to be true. My coworkers never actually booked with them. Save yourself a headache and use a reputable app. I feel foolish at my age to have been scammed but they fooled me.

I submitted for a flight it said pending. They told me they booked one flight of a round-trip and now they’re trying to charge me $900 more for a flight back when the round-trip flight was $293 that they advertised. They pulled a bait and switch. They will lock you in for half your flight and jack up the price on the other half and tell you it’s nonrefundable. Complete scam run far away.

Stumbled across AirJet and thought I would try it – I had high hopes because many of the reviews are so great – looking for flights from Albuquerque to Portland resulted in fares starting at $969 RT. Alaskan Air’s app listed their best deal at $428....since 777 lists Alaskan Air as one of the airlines they use, it is unsettling to think of how much money I could have wasted had I actually believed this apps claims :0(

I would rate them an 0 if I could! Booked tickets for a 5 day vacation and then they called me to tell me we are not able to take any luggage. They will allow us to take luggage for another $800 (double the price). Then they refused to give me a refund! I had to call my credit card company to request a refund. Wait g now to see what happens. They are such a scam!

Booked 2 one way flights from different departure cities. 2 different travel agencies accepted our payments and immediately emailed us that we did not have a seat. Several hours later on the phone, multiple calls back after being “disconnected after waiting on hold, finally offered an alternate flight for a higher amount for the 1st flight. Still on hold with the 2nd agent. Never again. Deleting AirJet. DO NOT USE.

Great program if you want to find tickets for the best price. Also, it provides accommodation which is helpful for long trips

This was the easiest and most inexpensive way to plan a trip for a family of 4. They help with finding better deals on different days. Thumbs up!!!

There are lots of great features in AirJet, like being able to explore different destinations, seeing price ranges for different dates for a destination, etc.

Even though it took too long to load the booking, we actually had our first most cheapest return tickets form the flight app

This facilitated and made my trip a whole lot easier! I was able to get a great deal and know exactly where to go. AirJet beats using the web browser for sure!

This is the most useful, well thought out App I know of. It really did help me find last minute flights to visit my family abroad. Pretty cool to keep track of fares and complete the booking
