My son missed the bus yesterday because this app has never worked and the bus comes 10 minutes earlier than it’s supposed to. Why send out the app to use if it doesn’t show where the bus is? App freezes also, have to exit and restart to go back to something else.
I have an android and cannot download the app. When i search for the app on google play or click on the download link sent out by the school it just spins and spins. My daughter has an iPhone and had no trouble downloading the app. Frustrated.
My son's bus schedule says no schedule for the whole week and yet the bus still picks him up and drops him off. This is dangerous as I habe no way of knowing his whereabouts
Only showed bud info when 1st downloaded. now not showing any info ever and states, no subscription’s available.
Not loading the schedule
Never works. The bus doesn't show up on the map most of the time and geo alerts are sent hours later if at all. When it does show up, the map lags way behind and shows where the bus was 10 minutes ago. The app freezes and shuts down frequently andthis year isn't even showing schedule info. I really wish our district would switch back to using Here Comes The Bus, that app actually worked.
