We couldn’t believe how reckless the pedal bike drivers were as they sped up and down the Nike Long walkway from the shuttles buses to the gate. They weave in and out, almost hit us twice, and essentially act like they own the road, not the pedestrians trying to make their way up. If there is one going and one coming, they take the entire pathway. And for this one mile, they charge $25 for 2 people. Talk about adding insult to injury! this app management needs to get a handle on this as it is really dangerous.

Bitterly disappointing experience at this app. The logistics were a nightmare. Top issues:
1) pedal bikes, golf carts, and EMS vehicles on the walkway in = disaster. Dangerous, unpleasant, irritating. this app needs to separate the light vehicles and pedestrians.
Even with that walkway narrow.
2) The shuttle buses grind to a halt at every busy corner. The roadway is far too narrow and not separated from pedestrians. Even saw a gentleman in a wheelchair in between the buses.
3) Entrance gates - TINY. At turn 11 only 3 gates, even the biggest gate had 10 lanes.
4) Access to racetrack is ironic - for a racetrack in the middle of farmland it’s bizarrely difficult to access - ubers/lyfts (thousands of them) are navigating a 1+1 country road on McAngus.
F1 might want to consider dropping this app and just racing x2 in Singapore or some place that can handle the event.

Anticipated I would be able to access my account and have mobile phone access to my tickets. Seems to be designed mostly as a mechanism to sell me on things I don’t need or want

App is completely redone and amazing! Schedule for racing and bands, food, bands and location info easy to find and use.

Purchased tickets to MotoGP was charged and charge went through on my credit card, I saw the tickets on COTA and now all of a sudden it is showing "no tickets purchased" os some such B.S. I called my CC company just to be sure the tickets were charged and yes they were! Ridiculous!!!!

Their 'race commentary' actually transfers you to some random sports radio station that drops out about every 30 seconds (they were talking about soccer in New Zealand during qualifying). this app can't broadcast live from their own trackside commentators to their own app!!! Can some high school AV squad get out there and explain streaming and how to do it for them.

Yes they need to fix COTA the schedule information on updated concerts and events. The Grand Prix already ended and they still have that information like its coming. Please update thats issue

The this app app crashed right when the start of the F1 race began. I was up at turn 1.

I am literally looking at my seats on the Ticketmaster website and it’s saying the tickets are on the this app app.

I download this useless app and it’s neither in my Ticketmaster account or my this app account.

CTRL+ALT+DELTE COTA and fire the company who designed it.

Do not waste your time downloading COTA, the My Tickets function does not work..this app is a world class track but has a useless app.

Don’t know why COTA requests your location if it doesn’t use your GPS to locate you on the map.

COTA is absolutely worthless. At least I didn’t have to pay for it.

COTA has no value whatsoever to the race. No audio and plenty of misinformation

48 hours before the event and I can’t access my tickets.

I try to access my tickets and I get a 418 (access prohibited). Not good, people

COTA has lots of nice features, and the notifications were much better than being continually pinged with emails. However, during the actual race, COTA crashed continually. I uninstalled, restarted my phone and reinstalled, but still constant crashing. I could see if maybe it was slow to refresh due to cell traffic, but it just pooped-out completely.

Overall, COTA is great, and I look forward to using it at the USGP in 5 days. Please update the map to include where the general admission areas are. I have a GA ticket and that would really help. Thanks.

1. Map- use a GUI interface and link schedule locations to map. Option use embedded gps coordinates to map guests to location.

2. Track side audio commentary non existent...simulcast should be seem less using app or radio frequency. SoundCloud is for recorded events and podcast. So should be able to do live broadcast..local AHL team Texas Stars has good app that works.
3. No rider or driver information.
4. Race data,pole and positions and finish data should be displayable.
5. Marketing...use text and sms messages to get word out about events and vendors.
6. Beer and beverage vendors never entered stand 12 ... lost revenue.

Well the Formula one cars are the only ones crashing!!!
COTA is crashing!!!
