I have been witnessing issues with my registered bulbshare mail and i have requested a change in mail but i am afraid the management of bulbshare tend to respond to complaint rather late and this might result in loss of my reward if the payment is still being made to the registered mail.

So I recently downloaded Bulbshare to see what it was all about and to see if it would actually pay for your insights and completing surveys/briefs. Well it hasn’t kept up to it’s end of the bargain, at least not yet. I am waiting on compensation for 5 briefs and all it says is “congratulations, you’ve earned a reward! Tap here to find out more” when I tap it, all it says is that “we’re checking your responses” which would be totally fine if it hadn’t been stuck on that status for quite awhile now. I am still hopeful for everything to work out, but I won’t be spending anymore time filling out surveys/briefs until it does. Very cool idea all around but it might just be a front to get free insight/responses from people like me, hoping it’s not. Will fix rating if issues get resolved.

I’ve heard great things about Bulbshare from multiple people but I just couldn’t get it to work for me. I was unable to do anything on the app itself and when I emailed customer service they replied two days later asking some specifics. Unfortunately even though I responded three hours later, they never got back to me...it’s been eleven days and no response still. I’m really sad because I was hoping for the best :(

Not worth it they don’t always pay you and when they do they don’t give u the full amount that’s promised i did a 20 min Brief and it said I would get $5 if I completed it and once I completed it took 3 days and they only sent me $2 and support is no help either they claim they will get back to you in 72 hours and they never did
