I cant open the app!!

I saw it got an update today and it didnt let me use it without updating too. So I had to update it but now it doesnt even open the app. I click on it it appears to be in the app but then it kicks out and doesnt even open. Please update it again so I can use it, this is the only app I could find for downloading insta stories etc!! (I use iPhone 6 Plus and iOS software is up to date as far as it can be, 12.5.5)

I’ve emailed customer service about the app being down, and they said someone will look into it. That was over a week ago. There is no update to download and deleting the app to reinstall it doesn’t work either. It’s a continuous white screen with a spinning wheel. I even saw a pop up when i tried logging in today to download another app requesting to pay $8.99 for the app again. Not happening.

There’s an old saying that if something looks too good to be true, it probably is. That saying couldn’t be any more correct. This app is perfect in the sense that it allows you to do everything you can’t do in the Instagram app, such as saving stories (let’s be real, screen recording gets annoying eventually) and saving multiple posts at a time, even sorting photos by the dates, but after a while, don’t be surprised if it starts glitching on you. It makes this weird little vibrating sound while you’re in the app and as you’re scrolling someone’s feed, it closes out its own and goes back to the main screen where you can choose to view someone’s posts and stories and things like that.
