It states their are briefs however it does not being anything up for me to do. It keeps saying I’m not subscribed but then I can go under my channels and it shows I am subscribed but it still will not show any briefs for me to do.

How to fix Bulbshare app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bulbshare app on iPhone
Update Bulbshare app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bulbshare iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bulbshare on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bulbshare network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bulbshare Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bulbshare not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bulbshare App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bulbshare » click [Force Stop]

Update Bulbshare to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bulbshare App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bulbshare » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bulbshare.

Fix Bulbshare unable to contact server/ Bulbshare internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bulbshare » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bulbshare » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bulbshare
