I need my reservation canceled for the 9-5-22 because I broke down an hour away from phx and was unable To make the pick up time. I called dollar to try to change the reservation but they told me I didn’t need to that I had 48 hours to pick up the car. I’m asking that you credit back my account the amount of funds I prepaid for this rental so I may book another reservation and have the car already paid for as it is now. I rented a car with a prepaid card cause i dont have a credit card. they said i wouldnt need one but after i finished the application it said at the end not to forget my license and credit card with my name on it when i get to the rental agency. They took $71.00 from my card before they said something about needing a credit card. Your company is bullshit and i dont know how the hell you guys arre still in business. i want my money back on my card cause just like all the other people youve scammed I will be contacting the BBB.

I got confirmation number I charged me 300$ , but when I went to budget official , they informed me that there is no reservation . I need my refund .

I had a reservation for 2 days picking up in the airport, imagine my surprise when I find out there is no car for me at the airport not only did they change everything down to the reservation number but the place they send me to was closed and the supposed reservation update was for 7 days! So I’m without a car and without money and No way to get in contact with this Carla app !! They are a scam! I will plaster their ripped off in every social media appI can find.

I’ve been asked to wait 10 days for a response on a request for a refund for a misleading reservation. Booked a car for a week. Pick up location was 30 mins away from where it should have been and the place informed me and my family they didn’t have a car available for us for the week we reserved. Still waiting for a refund.

Been over 14 months since this so called Company, scammed me for $460.00 for a car rental, and $200.00 they also, fraudulently charged me for rental insurance. There's absolutely not one single person @ this establishment to speak to for customer support, even ! This so called company, will see that it's very unlawful to operate and conduct business by scamming individuals with low car rental prices & scamming them into paying there fake a$$ illegal company & delivering NOTHING TO THEIR CONSUMER! Shame on the people behind Carla Car Rental & someday, this so called company, will sure see it's day when consumers win (You know, the people whom actually didn't have to even choose your company but did), and hopefully these consumers all get every penny back and money for compensation, including myself. Shame on these so called people! Trust me though, that I will spread the word of this so called company, through social media.

This app is a fraud! Don’t ever book through them. I got into an accident after booking with Hertz through Carla. I live in Texas and got into an ACCIDENT during the snowstorm in February. There is no direct number or easier convenient way to contact the stupid fucking people working at this place. I’ve been going back and forth in emails for over a week and have still received no help and they’re saying I hadn’t purchased any coverage so I have to pay $8,000 for damages out of my own pocket!!!! For a minor scratch on the front bumper. Bullshit this shit is a fraud and they took my money and charged me for “protection plan” during the time of the booking and now are saying I never paid. WTF.

They some bitch ass mfs. Told me I had to pay $150 to reserve my car and finessed me. Took my money and tried telling me it was my own fault. But that’s ok, I’m going to take them to court.

you charged my card $67.14 I was not able to pick up my rental car due to the fact that the rental company didn't accept my credit card paid for peace of mind & you robbed me of my money. A refund of my money would be great the situation was beyond my control not to mention I was stranded at the airport overnight.

They messed up my reservation, no need for details, since I’ve been reading about other customers experiences that are similar in every way. I have sent an email every day for refund. No reply and apparently, they have no phone number where u can speak to a live person! I am definitely reporting to BBB and advise all to stay away!!!

I was told I was getting my money refunded and have yet to receive it after they completely fucked my whole entire booking and reservation up with enterprise. The people there didn’t even know wtf a Carla was and then you can’t even have a damn conversation on the phone with an actual person and tell them your issues. Instead you have to write the damn complaint in a message and hope the get back with you by email. What a sorry as app

Carla rental car is a hoax. I rented a car through them and went to pick it up at the airport, only to have the placed closed at the same time as my reservation. I did not get a chance to rent the car and they took my money no refund. I tried them again just to see if this app works or was it my doing. I reserved another car, paid then contacted Hertz who had the rental car. I asked them do they know of Carla and unsaid they were not familiar with them. I’m like how? Then I find out that there is a deposit requirement from hertz due to using a debit card. There is a communication issue as well and miss leading on Carla’s end. There is no way to contact them besides texting their square message box. I’m reporting them to the BBB
