Ordered several shirts in November 22 for a Xmas performance in Mid December. Never received email confirmation with order number or any corrospondence from Chicsoso , order finally came in late December (too late). Box still had no order number or anything in it , sent box back to shipping address. Never heard anything back , when set up account to try and figure out refund, online account says no orders for this email!! Credit card charges were never returned!!!

2 June, I bought a dress with the ordernummer CC6294941939. Monday 13 June I received the dress. And now it's 12 days later (June 25, 2022). And the return policy states that I have 14 days to return an item. But when I click on return item, the website says that I have already passed the 14 days, which is not the case !! I am very angry and demand that it be taken care of because I find this very annoying. Would you be able to solve this as soon as possible and if nothing works, you can also send my return receipt by email.

I have been contacting Chicsoso to return an item. I filled in return form then I was told the mail was blocked. I reached out again and said I could return items but need to fill in return form (which I’m already trying to send)…I just need return label. This is costing me so much time and can’t talk to a person by phone…Plus I’m in Holland and every is on Dutch which makes it very difficult….HELP!

Can't contact customer service for a refund there is no phone #. Need to return 3 items. I clicked return and it shows only one item, but I have 3 items, that were delivered and i paid for. I have purchased thru PayPal. I'll need to creat a dispute here and report you!! Please email me back to solve this issue before I escalate it . This is a very poor way to run your business.

I put I an order on 6/16/01and then canceled the order shortly after that. My order was $127.88 ,$25.00 of that was for expedited delivery. Today is July 28 01 and I still have not received the funda back to my account Do I need.to co tact the BBB
