Can’t use on my phone nor my computer. Takes forever and a day to load ingredients on my computer, could go to the grocery store instead and that’s the reason for using Supercook. On my phone you can’t create an account unless you give your blood type and it asks for your WiFi password. It’s stupid. Use eMeals instead, people.

*I was asked to update my review...a year later because I was informed Supercook has been “up and running since the early 2000’s”. Well, since smartphones and apps really didn’t exist in the early 2000’s and Supercook is STILL unusable in my phone or computer, my review still stands: Supercook is useless.

Worthless app. Hard to navigate.

This is one of the worst apps i’ve ever downloaded. It wouldn’t let me make an account on Supercook . When I tried to choose my country, my screen went black and Supercook closed. I made an account on safari and logged into it from Supercook , but it shuts down frequently due to specific things. Would not recommend at all and disappointed that it was recommended to me.

Supercook is terrible! First it wants you to sign up then once on there, it's interface is jumbled. It is a recipe sharing (which is also difficult) app. I can go online and find 10x the information along with ingredients 20x faster! Terrible, not user friendly, ridiculous recipes, overall a waste of a download!

I cannot even create a user on this buggy app.

I tried to sign up on the registration page. All of the required info was labeled with an asterisk, non required info had nothing... So I filled required info out and tried to create a profile. It then labeled missing information in a red background and would not allow me to create a profile. The missing info was not required but apparently blocked me from creating a profile.

After adding the missing info from NON-required forms (which was lost in a red background which was hard to see) Supercook crashed, and has kept crashing...

Fix you're fundamental issues and I'll try again.

I was skeptical to download because there aren't any reviews. But I decided to anyways. I registered, received my confirmation email, and tried to login. It said my name or password was incorrect. I triple checked what I was typing. I knew it was correct. I double checked my email to see if it had further instructions, it did not. I tried the forgot password link. It didn't send me anything. So I didn't even have a chance to try Supercook .

I’m optimistic... can count on my fingers how many times I have taken the time out to write a review. I searched on the web for a site that I could put the ingredients in to find a recipe for what I have. This was the first, okay gotta make this short, to pop up. It had only one review (read previous review), and basically they are right in trouble logging in, took a few times with me, the having to create different IDs, Supercook saying I was not putting in the right info, blah blah, got in, and TOTALLY NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!!! Fraud don’t waste your time...No putting in your list and them going off of that, no, but what’s crazy is they’re website is awesome, maybe you guys will see and fix, respective criticisms

surprised it doesnt ask for your social, youll spend more time trying to get Supercook than actually using it

I don’t think I need an account to look up for recipes you know.

Tried to register but when you click on the registration field to try to type no key board pops up so there’s no way to use Supercook .

This is a bad app, it’s asking me to connect to supercool WiFi. It stuck in a different language and I don’t know how to change it. It wants me to log in to view my profile but I’m already logged in

Seems like an amazing premise but I wasn’t even able to create an account. Would not load a country which is mandatory thus leaving me unable to get past the initial signup. Very disappointed.

Supercook is not only super unintuitive, but will send you your PERMANENT PASSWORD in plaintext! Over email! This is horribly unsafe and they are not taking users information seriously. Do not get Supercook. (Side note, have the DEVS ever heard of unit conversion? Seriously I can only enter my height in centimeters?)

The actual this app app is by AMR systems LLC, Supercook is fishing for personal information. They are impersonating the original one. Again don’t get it, a quick look at the developer responses shows they have no respect for their customers or their privacy.

Edit: So they finally replied to my review I wrote FOUR YEARS ago, and obviously don’t understand sarcasm. My point then was, that Supercook was pointless. Now, judging by their highly unprofessional responses to other reviews, I still wouldn’t download Supercook.

I read this was suppose to give you recipes based off items in your fridge/pantry. Where is the option for that? I’ve clicked everything and it’s not there OR it’s just not clear ? Only options I have are to input recipes. Aren’t YOU suppose to give me those?? I thought this would be a simple barcode scan.

I was able to register on the website and log-in on Supercook but crashes too much and I have to log-in again every time.. I wasn't really able to read recipes because I got annoyed with the crashing

Searching for recipes is not very organized. Also, I thought this was an app that you could input your ingredients that you have and it comes up with recipes... It's not that.

Because I couldn’t get it to work, but it worked today: so I’ll give it a five to even things out

#1 they are trying look like the website “this app” kind of fishy...

#2 I created an account and tried to log in, No such luck.
I requested my login information and cut and paste from the recovery email. I still couldn’t log in. It almost feels like they are fishing for emails and personal information. 🤷‍♂️
