Every time I try to log in it says an error has occurred and please try again. I deleted and reinstalled ThePack but it didn’t help.

Reset my password successfully several times but afterward I get “invalid email or password” on every login attempt. Can’t even log in.
Can’t Enter Accurate Info

New to this program. I wasn’t able to enter the accurate date or dosage. With the dosage, only the six and 12 count were available, not the three count. On the date wheel, it kept forcing me to land on the wrong date. I wish we could just type in the information ourselves.

Now I dont have to get on the computer to upload my vet bill invoices. ThePack is really user friendly :)

I downloaded it to make submitting invoices easier, but realized ThePack does so much more! It has most things you need as a pet owner. I’ll update once I’ve used all the features!

I am so grateful I found ThePack. I haven’t found anything like it on the market yet. I can track my dog’s walks, medications, and my favorite is looking at the cute avatars for the different breeds. Love the design too
