Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Herd Perks app issues:

Force Stop the Herd Perks App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Herd Perks app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Herd Perks to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Herd Perks App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Herd Perks app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Herd Perks.

Fix Herd Perks unable to contact server/ Herd Perks internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Herd Perks » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Herd Perks » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Herd Perks on android.
