I downloaded Pop because I recently moved to Bangkok. I was seriously considering giving the service a try, but now tell every one of my friends to never EVER use this service!!! Why? Once they have your mobile number, they will text you every single day whether you like it or not. And when you contact them asking them to stop, they say they canβt delete it from their system.
Furthermore, Pop has an option in settings to stop notifications. Iβve turned this off multiple times but STILL app notifications and text messages.
ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT AND DIABOLICAL!! An abuse of personal data, and a violation of data privacy and App Store regulations. Will he reporting to Apple directly in an attempt to get Pop removed from Pop Store.
Taste not up to satisfactory. Food like pre cook and pre pack. Not freshly cook by chef. Maybe the chef need to taste it personally. Not worth for the price advertised.
Its really sad once I received my lunch set today... the picture of set lunch i ordered is not even close to what i received... more like eating fish fillet with mashed potatoes and just forget the veggie!! Will published the picture of food I ordered and what i received!!
Order took two hours to reach without pre order. This apps mainly for pre order user. Go for others app if you are hungry. First time experience I guess will be bad if user does not order two hours ahead.
App is good at what it does: ordering food is relatively easy and convenient.
Two major issues:
1. Please stop flooding me with referral prompts after each order.
2. Please stop logging me out so often.
..please fix the online banking screen to be able to adjust according to the phone screen size. I was not able to zoom out the page and it's pretty annoying to scroll left and right just to check all the payment detail is correct.
Easy , fast delivery and cooked with passion . Food was very presentable . Taste is healthy π!
Though the meals are expensive, this service is convenient, Pop works well, and the food is pretty good. Nice alternative to eating out or having to pack a lunch.
A simple yet beautifully designed app that is user friendly and lets users get the job done fast. My only problem is when I'm directed to the online banking website, the size of the page is too big and couldn't be zoomed out. Navigating an oversized website can get annoying at times. Other than that, all good.

Definitely worth the value for the quality of food, great taste and great customer service.
If you're solo and you're too lazy to cook/sick of typical restaurant food. This is the choice to go.
One of the most user friendly apps around. Definitely makes my meal ordering process for the week way easy!!
Itβs so convenient itβs downright a crime! Iβm enjoying not having to cook, or even leave the comfort of my home to eat delicious meals... which might also be dangerous. Good food, not moving much..... totally worth it!
Love the design of Pop. Fresh colors and nice images, and very seamless to use too. Good job guys. One feedback is I would like to be able to keep on scrolling left and right, past the different days, instead of having to keep selecting a different day all the time. :)
