I really HATE these miserable tricky companies with a passion and a vengeance.

Summary

1. Trial Software is a bait and switch
2. To make software work you need to pay $85 half way through the repair.
3. It bricked the phone
4. There’s no way to contact these guys as their help page doesn’t work and doesn’t allow contact.

My story.

I downloaded this App because my friend’s iPhone was misbehaving. The app then prompted me to download a computer program on my Mac computer as a trial. So I did that. Then it asked me to connect an iPhone so I connected my friend’s iPhone and restarted as per their instructions and hit the repair button. After 20 minutes of downloading data onto my computer I was asked if I wanted to repair the system and reload onto the iPhone. I clicked yes. Of course it’s not a trial, I had to buy it to fix it.

$84 USD later the repaired system is being uploaded to the phone whereupon it crashes at 88% and bricks the phone.

I try to contact the company and there’s no way because their help desk website locks up !!!! There’s no eMail for them either.

I’m waiting for the charge to post on my credit card so I can dispute this payment.

This is an ethics free company with no service and software that will damage your phone. AVOID THEM LIKE the PLAGUE.

Got the program because I had a Samsung and was changing to an iPhone and wanted to try and save what I could. I downloaded the software on my computer and phone. Not only did it put a bug on my computer and whip my old phone, it hacked my life! My bank account and credit cards were hacked and it took almost a month to get the $40k they stole! There was no way to contact them either. After deleting the program, I come to find out it embedded itself on my computer in a hidden folder still causing issues. Thankfully I know enough about computers and was able to find it but the only way to remove it was to completely delete and reinstall my operating system. It was a month long nightmare.

A lot of sites will tell you to get this app. Well don’t listen to them. They will act as if it’s free. It’s not! Not even close. Then it’s transfer doesn’t transfer anything. The repair says it won’t delete data and then it does. Total scam don’t get it you’ll end up paying like $80 for each section when you can do most of the stuff on iTunes. Trust me don’t get it. Find something else. If you don’t listen to this comment and get the app instead and then try it on your pc I wouldn’t recommend it cause your wasting your time but listen to me when I say this don’t waste your money!! Once it forces you to pay DON’T. Find something else trust me you’ll thank me later. It’s a hard life out there. This is a scam. A legal scam, but a scam none the less.
