- Updating notes on a ticket does not log time spent, leading to issues with billable time and causing problems for techs
- Worksheets become jumbled up and out of order when using the barcode scanner
- Text fields slide underneath the keyboard when editing, making it difficult to see what you're typing
- No ability to put in line breaks when committing communication notes
- Processing payments/invoices is not as clean as on a computer and requires additional training to operate
- Would be better as a wrapper for the mobile site
