What an experience and how simple it is to have a this app person help you walk you through the document on FaceTime. They take your identification and driver license and pictures all all in one without even going to the bank or anywhere. No one can beat that OK!

Sometimes it just takes faith and To have belief in His(Jesus and know that God Will do for us what we cannot do for ourselves. So long as we follow His will and not our own. I’m giving them five stars because I’m at home on a Saturday morning. It could’ve been really bad I’m going through all this frustration and stuff for a start-up business loan. But this amazing lady made it very easy for me easy-going at home had the patience with me to cope with my heart and life. I am a very tough cookie Amen.

I just wanna give her a hug, a smile and five thumbs up again for such a great job this lady done for my family. I am a family man and everything I do is from God. I do not want her work to go on notice because they work at home and they’re elderly they’re older they bring a lot of joy to our community that’s what she did for me today. Thank you Jesus. Amen.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to acknowledge my great experiences with this app. I had won a contest on an app and Notarize required me to complete paperwork through this app. The first time there was a problem with the upload and my name was filled in on every blank line without the option to delete it. The guy from this app was so patient and really tried to help me delete them. He didn’t treat me like I did something wrong, which is notable considering that I have a physical disability and many people often treat me like I’m intellectually impaired. Ultimately, I had to start over with someone new, who treated me equally professionally. I can’t say enough how friendly and helpful the staff was. The process the second time was quick and easy. If I ever need anything else notarized, I will definitely use Notarize.

3 hour process. Be sure to block out lots of time. Stick with the web site. Notarize didn’t work for me.
I initially had audio and video issues with the Notorize web site with Latoya from Florida so I downloaded the Notorize Application. This turned out to be very frustrating because I never moved past the Connect with Notary screen. I spent two hours trying to connect with Notarize from 4:30-5:30pm and then 9-10pm. I switched back to the web page at 10pm and the audio and video worked and I was connected immediately with a different Notary quickly. Regrettably the Notary’s are not familiar with the Transamerica agreement with Notorize and each Notary had to speak with their customer service due to Iowa regulations. I had two documents that needed to be Notarized from Transamerica and both were uploaded and filled out, but this app doesn’t allow the same Notary access both documents so you have to repeat the authorization process multiple times and wait for customer service multiple times.

Not only did the service not forward the document to the requesting agent as I was told what’s going to happen and a got a notice saying it had happened, my password wouldn’t let me back into the site. When I finally got that worked out in a new password so I could be back into the site it wouldn’t allow me to access the documents. He kept informing me that I should be using a later version of Safari or chrome or Firefox. So I downloaded the latest chrome and installed it on my computer which I would never do and still I couldn’t get to my document still I couldn’t download it still I couldn’t print it and now were into the weekend and I had only signed up and paid this money for this expedited notary service because it was very time sensitive.
But it was a total waste of my money and a waste of my time. It’s really put me in a bind. And it’s unacceptable completely not acceptable. Print out your document and take it to your local notary and be done is my advice to you

I think this may be the second review I’ve ever written but I was so impressed that I had to write one. I was applying for an LLC and used Incfile to do it. I was required to have a document notarized through this app. I was hesitant at first but gave it a try. A couple of days ago I had to have a document notarized for another reason and had to drive down to the community HOA office to find a Notary. For this process through this app, I sat in my living room and spent about 5 minutes from start to finish! The notary was considerate and professional. I was astonished how quick and easy the whole process was. I will definitely use Notarize whenever I need something notarized and it is acceptable to do it electronically. What a superior way of using technology to address what can be a tedious and time consuming task!

I never write a review about any app but I was definitely motivated to write one about Notarize!, First I would like to say Tina Mays is a rockstar and a scholar. She made my experience very comfortable, she was very professional and super informative in every aspect. Being in another country at the time and nervous about the outcome and experience, she made me feel very confident that everything will work out just fine! So Thank you Mrs. Mays for all your help and support!. Secondly, Notarize is super awesome to use, easy upload of documents and easy identity verification. Simple take a pic of your state ID, front and back and boom you’re done. Using an app for signing a document has never been as easy as Notarize made it! Will definitely use Notarize again for my future notary signings 100%.

Let me tell you what happened: I was out of the country and needed a document notarized. Not sure if this was even possible, I tried googling the problem and found this app. What a joy to use: I easily scanned the document with my phone and connected to a friendly, professional notary. I signed the document, she notarized it, and for just 25$ my problem had been solved; a small price to pay for this level of flexibility and convenience.

I was immediately able to access a copy of my document–I could view it in Notarize and I could download or email it for further distribution. I’ll be sure to use this app for all my future notarizations!

First time using this application. Uploading the document was easy. Filling out the information on the document was a little tricky because once we spoke with the notary we realize Notarize never gave us the opportunity to have two people sign. The notary was not very helpful when we asked a couple of questionsThe notary was from Florida and we live in Texas so I asked if there is an issue with her being from a different state. She looked confused and moved on to another section to ask us questions about never answering my question. When we talk to her about me not being able to sign, she said we skip that part and that we should’ve known and had the opportunity but did not do it for me to sign. Like I said before, we did not see anywhere to add two people to sign. The ease of Notarize was great but working with the notary was not.

I thought the online notary option would be more convenient over having to go into a physical location during business hours and waiting in line. The service says it’s avaliable 24/6 with limited hours on the weekend and it seemed convenient to access the services after hours when I thougt it would be quicker. So far I have waited hours with no success in meeting with an online notary. It tells me a medium wait time of 40 minutes and offers a callback option when one becomes avalible but I am logged off Notarize after two hours with no phone call telling me that a notary is avalible or the message will change saying that notary’s are not avalible and to try my call later. This is a hassle having to try Notarize multiple times because each time I have to scan my ID and go thru the verification process when I attempt to meet with a notary and am not sucessful.

Notarize is very easy to use. You just upload your documents to Notarize , verify your identity, and provide an electronic signature. Notarize connects you to a live video chat with a notary, who then provides an electronic stamp and seal to your documents. Everything is then emailed to you after you pay for your notarization.

I had complicated documents and want to express my sincere gratitude to the two notaries who worked with me to think outside the box to get them done. The notaries here are legit and know their stuff. The two I worked with were very professional and nice. They take their commissions seriously.

Please note that there is a long wait to talk to a notary. Right now, Notarize ’s notaries are only available in four states, so everyone in the country who needs a document notarized is being funneled into four different states. Notarize advised me of which day and time to try, so I got up early and had no wait for a notary.

Notarize is revolutionary. Thanks so much for being here for us during this pandemic, when regular in-person notarization is not possible.

I’ve been putting off getting a form notarized for MONTHS. I’m handicapped, and it’s a giant pain for me to go out for this. I called my bank, and besides having to make an appointment, the person is hardly ever in. I’d just started exploring having someone come to my home. Well, someone told me about this service, and I thought, Eh, give it a try. Well, what a surprise! At 6am, I’m getting this done. A most pleasant young man named Julius took care of me most capably. I’m impressed, and will do this again.

Just for the record, anyone can do it. I’m not the most tech savvy person alive. I’m 69 years old, so don’t use age as an excuse.

I did not know something like this was even possible, so I was nervous about the process at first. The entire process took maybe 10 minutes around 9pm. Wow! This is very convenient for people with busy schedules, or people that would prefer to avoid going out during a pandemic. The notary that worked with me was professional, knowledgeable, bilingual, & had a friendly personality that made it a great experience. If you’re debating whether or not to use Notarize, this is your sign to use it. I am not someone that usually writes reviews but I needed to for this one.

I needed to get a paper notarized and most places around here are closed due to the pandemic. So, at least partly out of curiosity, I tried Notarize.

I won't go so far as to say it went without any issues - but it went very well. The notary who helped me was very kind, efficient and patient with me.

Three first problem was it took a long time - not the actual notarization, the waiting. Blame that on the pandemic. Each time I tried I got a message saying very busy. Try between midnight and seven am. I finally got through about midnight - Arizona time. Then waited for another 40 minutes or so.

My biggest complaints are that the instructions could have been clearer. DON'T SIGN the form - obviously, but ... Fill out your address, etc. Notary needs to witness your signature only. Don't hold your ID, no part of your ID can be covered when you take a photo of it. All four corners off your document you want to get notarized must show in the photo.

$25 - I probably wouldn't use this service in "normal" times, but it worked great and I didn't have to leave the house.

I was really excited and hopeful about Notarize. Finding a notary is usually a hassle and the idea that I could connect to one quickly was amazing. On top of this, I needed to this app a document for an immuno-compromised family member during COVID.

Unfortunately, Notarize is not flexible enough to handle what I needed - I needed three people to sign a document including myself. Notarize will not let you add more than one additional signee. We connected to a notary who reached out to support for us and we were told it was a glitch and to close and reopen everything, that it is supposed to allow more than two people. Nope. Notarize won’t allow it. In addition Notarize won’t let you go back or edit info you’ve entered without restarting document upload process, so if you make a mistake you have to rescan your doc.

Also, once you answer questions you’re immediately sent to a notary without warning. I had to apologize to one person and cancel the whole thing because I didn’t realize as soon as I scanned my ID, I’d be sent to video chat.

Lots if potential in Notarize, but it needs a lot more work.

I live in a very rural location. To get a notarized document, is a journey in itself. I have to leave my entire day open. It is worse than going to the DMV.

Thanks to this service, I can get legal documents notarized quicker than taking a shower.

I have used this service twice in the last month. The second time was even faster because my settings and billing were already saved. Lifesaver! I am very grateful for this service and wish I could have left a tip for my notary who patiently walked me through the process at such a late hour.

I was able to create a virtual address & virtually this app it which this service also handled the UPS form 1583, telling my local post office a change of address. This is awesome for two reasons: my local USP did not answer the phone with a human, & the automated said hold or change of address can ONLY be done online, which was impossible for me last Dec. Second, in OUR time of Covid-19, when folks are to stay put & not mingle, it is awesome to use a notary online. I learned I will be able to use it for notarizing titles of vehicles I want to sell. To use this service, one must have proper identification.

Super easy, quick and reliable! Sadly not until my second try answering the 5 Identification questions. First attempt 3/5 were not related/known to me, I didn’t pass. Second I even scree recorded it, I knew it wasn’t right but a question about my dad popped up none of the options where correct since he had multiple identity theft, he had to deal with many ID theft related, anyways. One of the options was Florida, my dad never lived there but I needed to chose that to pass because I knew the ID THEFT person was in Florida, or at least one of them. Other that that, very pleasant notary!

While the representatives were very professional, the process on line was painful.
The documents did not load on our computer even after several attempts even with the help of the representatives and we had to end up doing all on our phone which made reading complicated documents very difficult and the problem ended up taking nearly five hours and because of an omission/error in a document and the need to redoing some of the documents, we are still not finished!

I am very happy with Notarize! The notary I was connected with to pre-close on the sale of my house (I was immediately connected, no wait time!) was extremely professional, friendly & helpful. I plan to use this service in the future now that I know about it...the notaries are available 24/7! With the uncertainty of the coming months due to COVID-19, Notarize allows business to continue as usual without being forced to risk your family’s health by breaking recommended social distancing guidelines.

If it wasn’t for Opus VO, I wouldn’t use this anymore and definitely have no interest in using Notarize again. Too many glitches and inconveniences for something deemed simple. But after all that, to find out you can’t delete parts of a file that were messed up from the apps glitches in the first place and support can’t do anything either but tell you to have it notarized again and unfortunately that partially completed document can’t be deleted either. To have a completed document be made totally unusable and support’s hands being tied to where they can’t delete anything after having wasted 3 hours made me ask Opus can I utilize another service!

Needed a notary on short notice and getting my spouse and I and two witnesses to an office somewhere during business hours wasn’t possible. Notary app let us get it done at 11pm in our home. Price is reasonable. Recommend using an iPad with an Apple Pencil (or stylus) as signing with finger on iPhone was challenging. I’ll remember that for next time! Also, witnesses had to hold their IDs up for a long time while notary asked them to move it around to find certain info. During that process we couldn’t see an image of what the notary could see so it was pretty challenging and time-consuming. Still, didn’t have to leave the house! Thumbs up.

Do not use Notarize if you or somebody else does not speak or understand English fluently. It will be a waste of your time and extremely unaccommodating to customers with language barriers. The person I spoke to ended the call with me and my father without giving us the time to understand the procedure clearly. There are no translations allowed between you and the other person getting notarized which is extremely inefficient and limiting to their services. I will not be using Notarize again because of the awful service I was provided by their notary. It is almost like speaking with a robot programmed with steps and procedures, and once there is a barrier they will end the call immediately without any accommodations or help. Highly displeased by the this app app.

These app makes everything so simple. I had a flawless quick experience. A quick submission of my ID documents and an electronic signature and off to a video chat to get verified. I got my document notarized in 12 minutes AFTER everywhere else was closed. They even sent the document electronically to where I needed it to go and within 20 minutes I got a confirmation email from them. Such an effortless experience.

It was so easy to use Noterize!! A very very fluid user experience. From sign up to document upload to a finished document, all you need is 5 minutes and that’s including the time spent setting up for first time use. $25 is a little pricey but the level of convenience is unmatched. Thank you. The only thing I can see to improve the experience is better scan quality when you are capturing by camera.

I can’t believe Notarize exists!
I literally have been spending 30-60 minutes after work racing around trying to find a place to this app, only to be turned away one place after another, or told to come back another day, leaving empty handed. I googled this app online and Notarize popped up with a zillion 5 star reviews. I just got my document notarized in the EVENING in the comfort of MY OWN HOME. $25 is a very small price to pay. I’m so happy I discovered Notarize!!

I will absolutely use Notarize again if I need to have documents notarized. The whole process took less than 15 minutes (including my prep time and video), the online notary was very friendly, helpful, and patient, and I was able to fill in my document completely using Notarize on my phone. Highly recommend!

It was actually pretty cool to see a face and talk to an actual human being without going out! Especially a very cool person like the notary I had (I hope her name is on this) I was supposed to be at SXSW/music this entire week for “work” but here we are getting stuff notarized! Lol Notwithstanding the nature of the document, it was definitely a super positive experience for me! She rocked the house! Thanks

Was going to just do it locally at first when I saw it requested webcam use/access and don’t want to do that, but then thought; I’m going face to face in person anyways, what’s the difference? Didn’t move from my office, process took 10 min, lady had me notarized and off the phone with all answers questions and a happy camper.. great app 🙌🏼

This is my third time using “this app” !
They are professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The whole process is very Ezy! I am over 70 years old and it takes no time . Very fast and inexpensive. You can have your business matters completely notarized and continue with your holiday! It took less than 10 minutes. LDS

This is a an app concept that needs to happen, but management and product designers lack the courage to make something truly great...or even a good user experience. Be prepared to answer a stream of questions and provide pictures if ID EVERY time you log in and if a there poor camera app cuts off your ID you will have to start all over. Notaries are rude and there is no escalation path to management when things go wrong, which has happened on 3 of my last attempts.

Loved the idea when I read about it and when I needed notarization overnight for a consulate application. Went through the steps, twice. However, both times the document generated both times was incorrectly annotated and unusable.

They gave me my money back, but with an hour of effort spent and multiple confusing chats to get my money back, the eventual 10 minute notarization at UPS next morning was still the much better, easier and cheaper option!

Stay away until they fix their issues!

What technology and idea that I could get this done without driving around or having someone coming to my house or business. I got everything done in less than 15 minutes and I can’t believe it was done this fast. For Notarize and for the chance to get documents signed in a heartbeat. Wow 🙏💡👌💰✅💵🏆

I had a document that needed to be notarized ASAP. I did some digging and found this app, great idea at first. Except they took my money and when I stated that I lived in alabama they didn’t let me know that the online notary wouldn’t be legal in my state. So I spent money for nothing and am back to square one. I wasn’t aware that some states don’t accept remote notaries and being that less than half of the states do accept it it would have been nice if they informed me before I wasted my money.

I downloaded Notarize and for over a hour been trying to place my personal info, register witth a email and place new password but always shows error every time and just giving up and not sure if Notarize is still up and running or available for Apple user? It’s a great idea and maybe cause I live in New York it’s not authorize for register new users and have a notary over a app for legal documents to be signed. Any info would be appreciated by the inventor
