I was very excited to get and use ScannerApp . Unfortunately after buying on my phone through my app store, it will not let me log in. Not a phone number to speak to anyone. AIYA! It Tells me to go get password from email, it has not shown up in email. When i try logging in anyway, it tells me , error wrong e mail. What! If you are listening scanner app, please reach out to help me solve this.

BE CAREFUL!!!! ScannerApp advertised itself as free and pushed itself in front of my efforts to scan some docs. It made it nearly impossible to read the ‘fine print’ or to close the predatory advertisement. After a few frustrating clicks it started to install itself on my phone and only after installation did I see it would have charged me a flipping $15 per WEEK!!! Heck no. Deleted app and cancelled subscription IMMEDIATELY. It’s sad that companies do this, and the executives can sleep at night. I don’t care how well ScannerApp works, cuz for this reason alone I refuse to use any app from this company.

I generally don’t give reviews of apps however this time I felt the need to. Please save your money and do not subscribe to their services. Scanned documents were very dark, blurred even with adjustment or editing. I am very sorry that I had even paid for a subscription. Do not make my mistake. If an app can be given a zero stars ratings entirely this would be one of those apps.

I purchased this scanner app for a life time and paid around $60 but unfortunately this is a very bad app and there is no one to make a complaint. I tried to cancel it and claim my money back via Apple store but my request was declined. DO NOT BUY IT since it will NOT work properly and this is a waste of money and I am sure this is considered stealing our money

It is sad to see how I am being charged weekly $5.99. I had downloaded ScannerApp to pay for my coffee in Princeton. Never bought the coffee through ScannerApp as it was not showing the vendor location. And ended up paying for subscription for two weeks. I would appreciate my money back and not charged any further. I have canceled my subscription.

I bought a lifetime subscription for $60. But it is still trying to make me get a subscription every time I use it. Maybe it’s a glitch. But if this is for real it needs to be taken off by Apple. Or it needs to be fixed by the developer. Don’t get it until this is fixed. It has a lot of potential. But it also seems to be gouging customers.

I loved ScannerApp at first. I purchased lifetime use. Now I’m trying to send previously scanned documents and ScannerApp doesn’t open the documents and closes. I’m baffled. I would rate this 5 stars but it has to work or be easier to figure out my mistakes. Hopefully this review will solve my problem

Do the advanced features work? Does it interact w DropBox or GDrive? How do you prove it without paying for it? I can’t tell which features are advanced. Can’t tell how well ocr works? You probably want me to pay first, I want to try first? Is there a free version, with limited features. It keeps taking me back to buy page after every use, and have to hit the small text at the bottom. It is either a trial version or a free version. A free version doesn’t ask you every time what you want to do.

I purchased lifetime plan but then also When I edit and use OCR Features then it won’t give all the sentences and word.
Lots of word and sentences missing from original Document, and I have to type all the word and sentences, if I have to type all the word and sentences then there is no reason to buy this apps. I can type in Note apps or Word apps. So, only 2 star From my side.

I bought ScannerApp by mistake. It is a very good app for people who need it. I am retired and don’t need it. Please stop it now. I thought I could just try it out. Please refund my money. Does what it says on the tin. Choose carefully from the commercial options as ScannerApp isn’t cheap, but for me it was worth it. It would have been 5 stars if they did not have the free trial trick that turns into a 150$ annual subscription unless you are careful. If you avoid the commercial pitfalls you can enjoy ScannerApp for a reasonable price.

ScannerApp does exactly what it is advertised to do. Now to get out of the three day trial 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Tap your name. 3. Tap “subscriptions”. (If you don’t see Subscriptions tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap “Subscriptions”.) Thanks for the help.

Still ScannerApp crashes since last Review they made two updates but it still crashes 99.9% of the time I hope the developer do something about it also the strange thing is they never reply to your review or even apologize to inconvenience that they’ve caused to you I don’t know how to put half star or even less that’s what ScannerApp deserves .
