Lost Tasks and notes

I have been using Task Office for about a week. To be honest, I thought this program was an answer to my prayers. The layout was pretty intuitive, it was available on iPhone and iPad. It was scheduled to be released to the Macbook but that hasn’t happened as of his review. TaskOffice allowed me to quickly save notes and organize them by project, category, priority etc. Unfortunately, by the end of day 2, I had a sneaking suspicion I was messing tasks. This morning at 3 am I couldn’t sleep so I actually mapped out some pretty awesome ideas. I had 11 tasks before I started at 22 to done by 4 am. Satisfied, I went to sleep. I woke up a few hours later went to work and picked up editing on my 22 plus tasks. A few minutes after a meeting this afternoon, I was walking back to my office and wanted to check some tasks off only to find I was down to 8. I can only theorize that maybe the syncing between my iPhone and he iPad are wiping each other out but anyway it goes, the task manager meant to help you remember tasks is forgetful. I can not recommend TaskOffice in its current state.

Don’t waste your money.

I bought task Office thinking it would help me scheduling my time. I followed all the directions on their “help” page. Did everything it told me to do. Still, task Office calendar will not sync with my Apple calendar. I guess the sellers expect me to renter appointments that go into 2020. Sent two emails to tech support and I have received no response. So I blew $20 for a Dead app.

Does not show multiple months of calendars you get only a one month view.

Ended up with over 6 months of overdue items.

Not worth the $20 at all - please refund.

I cant get my iphone calendar events to show up on TaskOffice . I dont want to be inputing stuff in two calanders.!! Please fix this or get me a refund. It looked promising but was let down.

Very few features for such a high price

$20 made me think the paid version would offer numerous customization options. Not the case, very few options. There are other apps out there with a lot more features at a fraction of the price.

Not Worth It

When I stumbled across TaskOffice, I thought I had finally found the perfect app to help keep me organized. I wanted to believe in TaskOffice , but that’s not the case. While TaskOffice looks cute and looks like it could be a true benefit to me. I am noticing that I am unable to assign tasks beyond February 5, 2019. This is a huge let down. I will be looking for a refund 🤦🏾‍♀️

Integration is a little misleading

Cons: It does integrate with calendar by creating it’s own calendar. I don’t want to manage yet another calendar. I would like for it to integrate with existing calendar. I looked at the lite before buying, but the purchased version is just like the lite. There are no settings button so you can sync with existing calendar and or reminders.

Pros: Good looking User interface.

I’ll be asking for a refund.

Issues with syncing and organization

I might be stupid but despite bring different categories my calendar doesn’t display events as different colors.

Good App but no Settings!

It’s a good app but this is the first app I’ve ever used where there are no settings. You can’t - for instance - change the font size or change starting day of week or adjust what the task red bubble counts (it doesn’t seem to exist).

Needs work

Please take out task potion of TaskOffice . When I synced one of my apps to have the dates show in the calendar, all of my previous dates showed up as tasks and showed I had 33 notifications. These dates had already passed and there’s no way to get rid of them.

So frustrating!

I have bought and tested TaskOffice several times always hoping for working iCalendar integration...and it never happens no matter what the release notes say. And where are the settings options and the ability to create an account so I can sync between devices?? Off to request another refund. :(

Great but needs SERIOUS work

I love TaskOffice. I use it professionally to manage multiple projects. When they recently published the update, it erased all of my data across all of my devices... which was frustrating needless to say.
There are several things that I would like to see changed.
1. When in a project, instead of having an “All Tasks” button, just show all the tasks currently assigned. Get rid of the “+Task button” and just let me quick add the task instead of going into another screen.
2. FIX THE SYNC ISSUE. I need my devices to be update-to-date, and not erasing each other.

Fix these issues and this will hands down be the best task management application out there.

Great app. I really like it.

Wish I could export tasks to do as pdf or txt to printer or file system. Also wish completed projects, events and tasks could be time stamped and exportable as txt, html, pdf or csv. I would pay extra for that. That way TaskOffice could act as a log book which is very important to my business. Otherwise this is very useful and helps with productivity.
Thank you

Amazing Planner!

I love TaskOffice, it works so well and is so in depth. My only problem is is that I take a medicine every 8 hours, and TaskOffice won’t let me set the repeat for that interval. Also, there should be Siri integration! I have the iPhone 7 Plus, and this app and Siri would work well together. TaskOffice is still worth the money though!

Exactly what I was looking for

Only used it a couple of days so far. Have tried many similar apps. So far this is the only one that has everything I need; including the ability to mark a task or appointment as completed, but leave it visible on my calendar with a line through it.

Loving it so far. Worth the high price!

Perfect for me

Still learning

Thx

Excellent

I tried very apps to get organized and this is the best but it'll be better to have sub task it'll be required.
Hi again I really need this features as soon as possible please!
1.Need to Select start day of the week on calendar
2. Add sub task
3. Set time for to do now I just set date

Ugh

I’m sorry I paid for it. It doesn’t allow me to delete some tasks when they are done. It keeps popping up with its own “welcome to task office” page and then has its own tasks. It’s hard to get rid of that. I now have 52 tasks listed when I only have 4.

Best GTD / Appreciate update to sync with my calendar!

I still think TaskOffice is the best for GTD Type task management, however still wish this had sync to Dropbox or other cloud based service other than iCloud. Currently I am unable to share content with my SO, and this would be huge improvement for my needs

Great app!

Great app! Helps keeps my crazy work schedule in line!
