Lost Tasks and notes

2025-03-03

by Teaching21325754

I have been using Task Office for about a week. To be honest, I thought this program was an answer to my prayers. The layout was pretty intuitive, it was available on iPhone and iPad. It was scheduled to be released to the Macbook but that hasn’t happened as of his review. The app allowed me to quickly save notes and organize them by project, category, priority etc. Unfortunately, by the end of day 2, I had a sneaking suspicion I was messing tasks. This morning at 3 am I couldn’t sleep so I actually mapped out some pretty awesome ideas. I had 11 tasks before I started at 22 to done by 4 am. Satisfied, I went to sleep. I woke up a few hours later went to work and picked up editing on my 22 plus tasks. A few minutes after a meeting this afternoon, I was walking back to my office and wanted to check some tasks off only to find I was down to 8. I can only theorize that maybe the syncing between my iPhone and he iPad are wiping each other out but anyway it goes, the task manager meant to help you remember tasks is forgetful. I can not recommend this app in its current state.

Integration is a little misleading

Cons: It does integrate with calendar by creating it’s own calendar. I don’t want to manage yet another calendar. I would like for it to integrate with existing calendar. I looked at the lite before buying, but the purchased version is just like the lite. There are no settings button so you can sync with existing calendar and or reminders.

Pros: Good looking User interface.

I’ll be asking for a refund.

Don’t waste your money.

I bought task Office thinking it would help me scheduling my time. I followed all the directions on their “help” page. Did everything it told me to do. Still, task Office calendar will not sync with my Apple calendar. I guess the sellers expect me to renter appointments that go into 2020. Sent two emails to tech support and I have received no response. So I blew $20 for a Dead app.
