App is slow. Tap response is delayed. App does not have an option to remember login credentials.

Company perks/discounts are buried by what looks like run of the mill junk mail deals in the Sunday paper inserts. Needs to separate all the junk with expiration dates from the real company perks/discounts.

Navigated BenefitHub to see what the Company discount for a Honda vehicle was. No hard figures given. You go through the process of filling out a form, submit and later on a local dealer called after a few generic emails lacking any info were received. You have to take the dealers word regarding the discount amount. Basically this function of BenefitHub is pointless. It should list the discount amount, not redirect you into another service.

Get trapped in the Customer Care section. The menu has no way that I can find to get back to the main part of BenefitHub . There is a back/forward button on bottom left and if you back it will eventually load back into the main portion but good luck if you have spent any time searching through customer care section... load times per page load are rough.

The UI needs attention.

BenefitHub loads up to a screen that asks for company name. When you tap the text field it lets you input text and the outline of a roll down menu pops up below the text field and that’s it. No options come up and no way to continue through to the discounts and etc.

As of right now it’s a useless app that cannot achieve its purpose. Should either be fixed or deleted as I can access all the content through my web browser.

I would be very happy to use BenefitHub once it is functional, and also hoping that it will be organized.

BenefitHub is slow, period. However, it becomes even more frustrating when I try to load hotels and it will take me to my browser and ask me to sign in to use Benefit Hub with no option to sign in anywhere. It’s extremely irritating, the point in an app is to be convenient and avoid having to use a computer. If I could give BenefitHub less than a 1 star, I would.

BenefitHub is very slow, does not load & allow you to look up offers. I’m on the website through safari & it’s working fine there. Clearly an app issue.

BenefitHub is slow and clunky. It’s also inconvenient to log in with an existing account from the web site rather than creating a new account.

BenefitHub looks great the way it is formatted but nothing opens when clicked please hire some engineers to fix it would be really convenient for us workers

I need to use BenefitHub more but it seems to have been highly improved since some of the negative reviews. I have not made any “purchases” yet but I have done a lot of looking around at the deals. We are going to be using it a lot for travel and more. I will update the rating/review accordingly after a little use

Awesome app! I love it and I’m thrilled that my employer made this available to us. Tons of deals that I use constantly. Movies, restaurants, hotels, concerts...everything you can think of.
