My # 460 6185 does not function I was told I would have to reset network I have not been able to do this If I can not get this fixed I will have to cancel my subscription to Tello Please fix Roger Richter ccc703las@redacted

Hi there, haven't used my Tello in months, now wanting to use it and the app keeps crashing on startup, have uninstalled and reinstalled and same issue. I'm on Android 12, using One+ 9 Pro.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent My Tello app issues:

Force Stop the My Tello App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click My Tello app. » click "Force Stop".

Update My Tello to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear My Tello App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "My Tello app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch My Tello.
