How to fix My Tello app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the My Tello app on iPhone
Update My Tello app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall My Tello iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix My Tello on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve My Tello network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

My Tello Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix My Tello not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the My Tello App
1. On android, goto Settings » My Tello » click [Force Stop]

Update My Tello to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear My Tello App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » My Tello » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart My Tello.

Fix My Tello unable to contact server/ My Tello internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click My Tello » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto My Tello » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch My Tello
