My sister and I have been ordering Factor meals mailed to our house for several months now. Today’s order -delivered this afternoon of 7-13-22-came all wet and covered with micro beads from what I assume is a burst ice bag. What can be done? At first I tried to just clean off each container of food, but the packaging is soaked and there is so many beads. I took pictures of the mess. I am concerned about my pets eating one of the many beads and the beads are covering some meals on and under the paper packaging on the food, which is quite concerning to me.
