We purchased this device for our son a year ago. I wanted to give ample time and situations before reviewing such a crucial product for our children. Our son is severe in almost every area of the spectrum, non verbal, cognitive delays and a severe runner. After taking the time to become familiar with the device and all of the different things that are included in AngelSenseGuardian , we are extremely satisfied with the service. We have had very minor issues with the device and service. So minor that we didn’t even have to call tech support(like knowing how it was charging). With different things enabled we get accurate notifications of our sons whereabouts. We are able to listen to his immediate surroundings to make sure that he is being cared for the way he should be. He currently has to wear the device 24/7. It is a short time to get a full charge on the device, I can get it charged during his dinner and bedtime routine. It has given peace of mind to this mama. So much that he even realizes he needs it and knows it part of his dressing routine. He wears it in the belt and undershirt because he is little and has some pretty severe sensory issues. We live very close to a large body of water and this device allows us to know while we take other precautions that we will always be able to find him faster. We’re with AngelSense for the long haul because it has made a HUGE difference to our family!! 💙

So, I admit it. I hate forced updates. But I especially hate them when they take away functionality I previously had. We've had this device a couple years now. But, after this latest update, my child's tracker will not track her past the half day mark. After some time between 11 and 1 it will just register No Communication. I'm hoping it's a battery glitch that they will resolve in another update that comes within the next couple days or so. As I understand it, Apple ruins iPhone batteries with their updates, so if that's happening here, I suppose it can and will be fixed. I'm sure they don't want to be constantly replacing devices. I have contacted them and, at first, was told that if the cellular coverage in my area was poor, I could get that message. I told them it wasn't doing this in those places before the update...and besides that, every place in my state after 1 pm can't be No Communication. 🙄 So, I was supposed to be emailed some steps they'd want me to take first that I never got. I'm guessing it either needs another battery in the device or that there's just no way to fix it without another update. If this doesn't get resolved quickly, I'm returning this device and ending my subscription to the service. Too expensive to be so lax on this kind of problem. There are other options for tracking these days.

We love using our AngelSense device for my 20 yr old son. He is mostly non-verb and needs 24/7 care. Without AngelSense I would be going crazy with anxiety and most important my son would miss out on experiences and building independence that he needs. I want my son to have as many activists and experiences in life he can, however the reality is he is very limited due to his disabilities. With AngelSense my son has so MANY opportunities to explore with his caregivers, with us as a whole family (no more mom and him staying behind) and allowing my son to even have a few volunteer jobs and paying jobs he would not have had. My son even eloped this last year with a caregiver and AngelSense saved his life by alerting me he left the named location when he should not have been leaving. Our caregiver did not even know he had eloped. Which can happen even with 1 on 1 care, we are human and we all make mistakes. AngelSense gives me that extra watching eye and a way to actually track my son and locate him if he is missing or wonders. HUGE thank you to AngelSense!!!

I have been using AngelSense for 2.5 years now. It has saved my son on more than one occasion and I have also found it very useful to help build independence in him. Because of AngelSense my family had been able to do family outings like going to the park, the zoo and even SeaWorld. Before AngelSense we would not go to these places or any places like them from fear that my son with special needs would get away from me and I would not be able to find him. Now we can not only go to these places but I can actually enjoy my time there with my family because I know AngelSense is constantly tracking my son for me. The company has been wonderful to deal with as well anytime there has been an issue (which has been minimal) they have addressed it in a timely manner. Thank you AngelSense for the peace of mind you give me and the freedom you give our family!

I’ve Been a customer since 2014, every year AngelSense brings amazing new updates to improve the product, Angelsense is a company that is always looking to add or perfect features to keep our children safe, the new update is amazing the battery life has increased a lot!!! My son is older now and has many activities after school , before the update everyday I had about 1 hr to recharge so it would make it to the end of the day , with the new update there was no need to recharge, he used all day since 7 AM TO 9 PM and still had 89% battery left! Thank you AngelSense for not only keeping our children safe but making things easier for us parents.

I had an incident a few weeks ago when my precious 4yr non verbal old autistic son went missing around 9:30 at night. We live on 16 acres of woods next to a busy dirt road and the after an hour of searching the fear of loosing a child, the doom,emptiness, and anxiety thinking u may never see your baby again, they could be sex trafficking or worse! ..I pray no one will ever have to experience. He snuck out of bed in his undies & was wandering again. I ordered this the same night, came 3 days later. Thank you Angel Sense you have given me piece of mind!!

I really want to like this especially having to pay out a lot of money for something that is suppose to keep my child safe & give me peace of mind. Yet I have had to have this device replace twice & still the battery is a issue half the time still & now a new update that isn’t allowing my device to have my AngelSense connected they take a lot out every month. I am ranking it two stars cause the customer support seem friendly & pretty helpful. Also when it did work the calling feature is really very assuring. Other then that it is crushing me deeply that it isn’t working & my anxiety is through the roof

Easy setup, very little effort to get going.
I really appreciate its timeliness and accuracy. Was using a competitor for about three years, and the program turned to trash. Relieved and happy to have this. I’ve got a wandering stepfather with dementia. The tracking is constant. No bouncing around an area, -very precise. This is a very useful and easy to use product/service. Well thought out. Thank you so much.

Very disappointed Not as advertised. I got this service for a somewhat piece of mind but had nothing but trouble with the device I even tried different systems with nothing but trouble. A few times when in an emergency system failed. After many calls to support I gave up and canceled. Personally I think it is shameful for this company to make a huge profit on parents with children/ adolescents with disabilities. For $43 a month you get one hour of listening time which does not roll over unused time. A service that is hit or miss. They are real quick to take the money but cannot solve the issues with the service.

I have tried for two months to get the device to sync with AngelSenseGuardian . It is nothing short of impossible. I seriously think Jesus Himself would have to perform a miracle to get AngelSenseGuardian working right. Now I'm stuck in this stupid contract with a device that won't work unless I literally uninstall and reinstall AngelSenseGuardian every single time. It's a ripoff. It's a great concept, and I seriously wish it would work as I suspect my daughter is being bullied by some adults but have no proof. Don't buy this and get stuck hundreds of dollars in the red on the dumb contract. I'll be cancelling as soon as I can.

I can’t even set it up because AngelSenseGuardian will not work. When I select the plan I want it says my session has expired. There is only an option to go back to select the plan again. I do that and it’s the same thing over and over. I don’t see how to set this account up on the website. Does me no good if I can’t even set up the device. Also, I’m a bit upset that I’m seeing free devices right now and missed that. 😭
Guess it doesn’t matter if you get a free device when AngelSenseGuardian won’t work properly anyway.

We have been using AngelSense for 3 years and it’s truly changed our lives- he has taken off more than once since we have purchased and we have been able to get to him so quickly! The share live location is a godsend too! Customer service is wonderful! Users for the long haul!!!

My son is 4 ASD, ODD, ADHD. The attachment to my son is great. The idea is awesome! The location services not so great and not exactly on real time. The calling doesn't work at my home so im not confident that it will work elsewhere. The perimeter is minimum 100 ft which, i don't know about you but if we are at a library, mall, or festival, i start to panic at 5-10ft away from me cause who knows what he’ll get into or how soon he’ll run out to the street. Day 1 of trail and Im pretty disappointed.

I have been using AngelSense for my son for almost 2 years. He has no sense of danger and will wonder off. This device allows me to where he is and I can even call or listen in. It’s real time tracking and if he wonders off I know where to find him. I highly recommend this.

After sending a message to AngelSense about the problems I was having, they fix it within minutes. Now I can call , listen in and track my son. Thank you AngelSense for listening and helping me.

We have had this device for about 4 years. It saved my sons life. My sons bus left him at the wrong school. He started to wonder and was able to tell he wasn’t at the correct school. Our family is so thankful for AngelSense!!

The unit is easily ripped off clothing! Tech support is poor, chat line refers you to documentation which is not very detailed. When you call the help line the wait time is extremely long. I would not recommend this product. :)

Update: after working with tech support they have sent me new fasteners and they are currently working.

Wish the tracking worked a little better when we’re outside and sometimes it doesn’t have a signal but for the most part it’s a big help because we had no alternative.

We have had this device for over a year and love it! We have also used other GPS trackers, they do not come close to this device!! AngelSenseGuardian is great and real user friendly!
