LionDesk is completely unusable. I was really excited to sign up with this app. However, after no more than 5 minutes of use, the desktop server was constantly “unavailable” anytime I switched to another task. It eventually froze and refused to reload after multiple attempts, Then, i tried the iPhone app only for it to constantly me out after no longer than quite literally 5 seconds of use. I gave it multiple attempts only to discover the same results. I need reliability in a CRM. this app, unfortunately, was the opposite in my experience. I am open to trying again at a later time after some much needed improvements are implemented.
Where is the calendar? No calendar in a contact management app? So I put this person in and then I talk to them and then I schedule an appointment? Seemed to have focused on a lot of extras and forgot the basics
I use the CRM on my desktop and it’s wonderful. But you can tell how the developers and owners really feel about LionDesk and their customers. Reading the reviews from a year ago and the same issues still exist. I’m unable to log into LionDesk so I can work my CRM remotely.
LionDesk is worthless and doesn’t even serve a purpose to be downloaded the developers should be ashamed. You see the complaints and you make no efforts to change. We should take our money elsewhere to a company that hears our complaints and actually take action!
Horrible app. Does not sync with desktop and it seems this app does not care. Such a waste of system. Get with it LD! Listen to your customers.
When I try to open LionDesk it just gives me a blank white screen so LionDesk is useless to me. The desktop version was great, easy to use and had some cool features but the most recent version leaves much to be desired and is below standard. Switching right away
LionDesk is in no way a comparison to the great online this app! It should just be taken down until it can operate as fluidly as the online version.
Why can’t the online versions just auto adjust to mobile devices?

This is complete trash. Nothing works on LionDesk. The web version is also TERRIBLE to work with on mobile. this app NEEDS a mobile solution if they are ever to compete with other CRMs.
What can I say read the reviews and thought that it wouldn’t happen to me!!!! But I was wrong I logged in clicked on the contacts icon and was immediately logged out!!! Then tried logging back in to no avail!!! Please let get LionDesk working like it should
After requesting a cancellation, they billed my account again and refused to issue any credit. Be very careful in dealing with these people.
There are other CRM’s on the market with better features, training and service.
I was very very excited to download and use this BUT it keeps kicking me out of LionDesk after logging in. I would love to attempt and use my trial period but LionDesk isn’t working.
Unresponsive and lack of many functional tools like templates for texting... Lion Desk neither have AST (Atlantic Standard Time) and Puerto Rico as part of the EEUU choices in the address fields.....
I brought this up with the support team and I was hoping they would fix it with the latest update but they haven’t. It really looks unprofessional to send an email to a potential client with your signature double spaced like you have no clue how to edit your signature. I essentially can’t use LionDesk because of this one issue. Please fix it!!
Since the update that happened 2 days ago I haven’t been able to set task for my leads.
Keeps signing me off after I log in, not sure what is happening here. Please fix it!
Sadly the mobile app is impossible to login to :( After repeated attempts (and confirming the login info was correct), I gave up. LionDesk repeatedly say “you are not logged in.”
LionDesk was decent, then they updated it... now it doesn’t work well. Please put LionDesk back to the way it was - not using a web interface.
I love the desktop crm. I find it very useful. However, LionDesk is hardly worth having. I hope it is improved because if it were as good as the CRM, Inwpuld use it all the time.
I did this crm awesome and love the ease of use, will continue to recommend to my colleagues thank you for a great product.

Love this app! I’m thankful for the things I can do from LionDesk . Would be nice if I could launch new campaigns from the Autopilots tab for a contact. Thank you for your hard work this app team!
