It always crashes whenever I open it

Great website, for the Vietnamese, but for the many English only readers it is useless. Please give an option to redirect to an English website.

they still don't have english support, i don't understand anything in MyViettel as a tourist, i don't know vietnamese :(

Why it says MyViettel is in English when is not, only Vietnamese practically useless if a foreigner wants to use Viettel once in Vietnam, at least don’t advertise that MyViettel is in English too so people actually don’t waste their time, especially because Viettel is advertised as one of the biggest mobile companies in the world, if so then MyViettel should have the option of different languages. Fix this please

I had my wallet stolen. My bill runs out every month and I can never tell because MyViettel does not support English. I tried to call my bank in the USA but I can’t get through to Viettel without going to a store where someone speaks English. Very upset!!!!

It is 2024 and your website has no other language options? It’s not that difficult for a company this big.

This is listed as an English app, but there is no way to switch from Vietnamese that I have found after 20 minutes of pushing buttons.

I in this day and age it seems rather ridiculous that there is not an English version stop. Vietnam has a thriving tourism business, and it is sort of strange that the service of a major telecom company doesn’t have an app in English.

Internet is slow. Other floors away from the router in the house don’t get any WiFi even with 3 ‘mesh’ devices. Keeps disconnecting. Even the LAN connection randomly stops sometimes.
When asking in Vietnamese, the same repair guy always comes back himself and gives the same attitude without a solution. We paid a lot, and the good service disappeared since we paid. No refund option, and no English. If they don’t figure something out I’ll change to Vinaphone.

MyViettel says it supports English but I can’t figure out how to change the language setting

Seriously viettel if you going to sell your sim cards to foreigners make the half hour effort of translating MyViettel to English. Totally useless app if you don’t speak Vietnamese. Waste of time

It’s 2023 and there isn’t English support? I saw a post on the Viettel website from four years ago apologizing for this. The service is good and fine and all, but the lack of English support makes having MyViettel incredibly frustrating.

Is there an option to view and use in English?

It would be good to have translations into other languages like Korean and English.

However MyViettel details in MyViettel store say it is available in both English and Vietnamese. This is currently not true. MyViettel is only available in Vietnamese.

Would be helpful if MyViettel details didn’t refer to both languages being available, until English is supported.

It’s nice to have all the information on MyViettel but it was just missing the option to use my credit card as I use that to get points. It does allow the debit but what’s the use when you don’t get much from the debit card. That’s the reason for the 3 stars. That’s a big part especially if you want to do business. Allowing more options for the customer always helps keep the customer around.

Login always fail, just use 3G or 4G for login.

MyViettel Store says ‘English’ - but MyViettel is completely in Vietnamese. I understand it’s a Vietnamese company - just don’t say you can do something that you can’t do.
