12th man mobile app opens but then quickly crashes on my iphone. Sounds like it's an occurring problem with other users. How can this get fixed?? I'm unable to manage my tickets.

The 12th man app stopped working Friday August 18, 2023. Not able to check in at events. The app activated but then crashes on my IPhone. Other iPhone users were having same issues.
