uvGO Reviews

Thank god I have an iPad and a PC (laptop) with me at all times. uvGO is so prone to problems. Sometimes it works on my iPad and sometimes it works on the PC but rarely does it work on both.
When I say work, I am using that term very loosely. I find myself having to trick uvGO into filing a flight plan (ridiculous). App support is not good (I’m trying to be nice here). I asked for a senior manager to call me multiply times and they just never get back to me. I guess that’s why we have all these issues, if management doesn’t care then how will things get fixed. I will say the normal customer support team is very nice and tries to be helpful. The problem is with uvGO . If the software is terrible then no amount of customer niceness will help. The only reason I am still using universal is because I have to because of my job. Most flight departments in the industry know how terrible it is and switch to something else. Maybe we will too, who knows.

This update is worse than the preceding it needs to be logged in all the time , if you logged out trying to refresh your mission dashboard, you won’t be able to log back in for hours ( it will keep double sending you a msg of - your session has expired- )

Can’t get in again…. Another new version? But App Store won’t download a new version. FRUSTRATING
Can’t even send a review, every nickname is “taken”, right?

Worst flight planning app I’ve tried to use. Because most of the time doesn’t work.

Universal please stop outsourcing and get new developers. Who’s the genius that approved a web based login for an app meant for flight ?

The previous version of uvGO was functional and useable. Trips could be found, edited and created with little effort. It rarely hung up or crashed.

The current version is completely unusable. It opens, once, and then just produces a black screen. Trips are very difficult to find, opening them for review and editing is not intuitive, and uvGO is just clunky and burdensome. It needs a LOT of work to begin to be useful again.

I tried this 14 months ago and was promptly locked out- even “forgot password” link was dead.

Tried it again today- took nearly an hour to set it up and get my access back. Profile showed my tail number but uvGO itself showed all the details of three other tail number and their flight plan history (confidentiality much?)

Could be good if the bugs were worked out of it.

uvGO has made big improvements over the last couple of years. Using the this app app is super helpful for me and my crew to see status of services and permits on our trips, which is super helpful when you’re on the road.

I’m excited about the updates in this app. They’ve made a world of difference. It’s a great tool for managing your flights from start to finish. I will continue to use it and encourage you to try it out.

Love the latest version. The latest updates have brought a lot of improvements to uvGO . A lot more stable and more powerful. It’s been very helpful for trip planning.

The updated version of this app is great. All of the information is well organized and easy to find when I need trip information or updates to a flight.

uvGO is awesome! I can create a mission from scratch, set up services, view the status of my mission, review/change passenger data, run a flight plan, get all the location info I need, etc. uvGO does it all, and meshes perfectly with what I’m working on with my trip support team. Lot of massive updates recently, so a massive improvement on what it was before. Keep up the good work!!

Good app. Been using it for about a month for our international flights. It's great for airport details and getting FBO contacts. The estimated in/out times for the airport is really useful.

The recent updates made uvGO very user friendly and easy to navigate!

I’ve been using this app for a while and it’s recent improvements have made uvGO much easier to use. It’s now easier to sync my trips from the computer across all my devices. It’s much more user friendly. Great job.

this app has been such a helpful app for my field of work!! I’ve recommended it to others, and they’ve only had positive things to say as well. uvGO is so easy to navigate, and the recent updates have made it even more smooth and convenient. So glad I discovered such a useful tool!
