Non-Functioning
The app did not accept two separate, valid email addresses for enrollment. Further, airport WiFi access, once available with some fuss, is now not available. What’s the point of this app?

Useless
Absolutely useless for a traveler not familiar with Charles de Gaulle airport. I selected transportation and it gave me the local gas station. The maps are of the entire city and not of the airport. Save the trouble and grab a paper map at the airport.

Poor UX
App is a Swiss Army knife that does nothing well ie fast, easy and informative. The complexity and inability to communicate is reflective of the entire airport so it is no surprise albeit disappointing.
