Lost all my photos

It worked really well for about 20 minutes. I got the zoomie twice, the roam picture, the selfie, etc. then it crashed while I was still in the tower and every time I would try to open the app, I got a blank white screen that would never change. I restarted the app countless times, restarted my phone, still no luck. So I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it works now. I just lost all the photos and it doesn’t have a memory of them (maybe associate the account with my phone number so it can find it later). So they’re gone forever. The website doesn’t have them either. The help link from the app goes to a dead link on the website, which means no one has checked it lately.
Can’t get photos back

Worked to take some of the pictures while I was there, went to look at them and save them Peter that night, app just opens to a blank white screen and I can’t get anywhere else, I don’t want to delete and redownload because I don’t want to lose all of the pictures as some other reviewers have done. Such garbage, DONT TRUST THIS APP- Download/save the pictures right away.
Needs some work

Downloaded this app to get my picture that was taken there and it doesn’t work. I opened the app and all I get is a loading sign. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it’s the same thing. Hopefully this gets fixed so I can get my picture!!!
