The new update is horrible and super glitchy. Firstly, the apartment requests and chats were merged into the same tab and it’s really difficult to navigate and organize. I need to go into each individual chat to archive it (instead of swiping left to open the chat menu) with no option to delete it altogether. Often when I select to archive a chat, it still shows up on the messages tab, and sometimes I’ll select one chat, but it opens a different one. I also can’t seem to find the archived messages section, so I’ve lost some chats I wanted to keep. Badi also shows that I have notifications, but when I open it there are none.

Hopefully you guys can iron out these issues and release another update soon. The previous version was great!

Please please! Don't waste your time downloading Badi or trying to use it. I thought it was a legitimate business and gave it a chance even though it was a new company. Everyone that messaged me were all scammers and literally wanted me to send them money before I could even visit the apartment. I reported it but the colony honestly doesn't verify their users. I'm completely disgusted, especially since atleast two male housing agents both asked me to come down to their office in suggestive ways or maybe even dangerous ways, making rude jokes and sexual innuendo. Disgusted. Delete delete delete

It’s a very helpful and extremely easy app to use, best of all you can have interaction and communication with the other person. It is very simple and easy. The only thing is that someone people may tend to create scams but that’s not the apps fault, just be careful. Because the platform is extremely good and helps.

Badi has helped me find several possible tenants within a reasonable time frame. After trying a lot of different apps and websites, Badi felt like it was actually trying to help me list my apartment successfully.

Now this app asks for you to accept a credit card charge judt to get in contact with someone without you even knowing if you are going to choose this flat.

And you can't remove your credit card info from Badi . This is just very unfriendly behavior for the user. If I don't want you to have my card details I should be allowed to remove them. Very bad experience.

My main issue is that people keep offering me a room with a twin bed & we are a couple. I wish there was also a filter for who can contact me. Otherwise it’s a waste of time deleting requests from people who’s rooms are not compatible with my needs.

Now very easy to book a room in few clicks really use full app.😇

Convenient application, did not expect to find an application of this type , it works , everything is good.

I’m not sure what happened but I ended up opening to accounts because once I had a complete profile, it logged me out and it wouldn’t let me log in even after multiple attempts. I changed the password and that didn’t work either.

So interesting, I turned in my apartment to good peopl,thanks to this program , very interesting content and a lot of suggestions.

I am a host and 100% of inquiring are all scams. The type of oh I’ll mail you a check for you and i need your banking account number, social security number name address mother middle name. Oh please don’t waste your time.

Use quite hard at first. But it's useful. Need to improve better. Good

I’m sorry to say that but I experienced a foolish advert. I lost money. Everything was legal and still the “landlord” cheated on me. Please guys be aware of that and check everything twice. The lady was called Luca Martina Evelyna and she said she was from north Birmingham.

I have tried to use this app for the past year and a half to find quality roommates. Badi has tons of potential but it seems to me mismanaged. I paid premium for a room as a trial and there was no difference whatsoever. Not only that but I went premium with a second room and the first one went off premium and continually prompted me to pay again. I sent an email but there was never a reply. I tried to contact this app to no avail. So I paid again but nothing ever happened. I wrote close to two hundred personalized messages to some of the recommendations this app made but one in a hundred replied and they all booked a visit but left me waiting on the day of the visit. Also the majority of people recommended to me by this app were not even close to what I had set up on Badi . I marked very clearly I preferred single non smoking males but this app kept sending me dozens of female smokers and couples. Also this app sent me dozens of recommendations with pictures that contained only dogs, monkeys, sunsets, large groups of people and a few pictures that looked more like a hook up application. Today I was told I needed to upgrade Badi . So I did upgrade Badi and once again I lost the premium status of my two rooms and Badi is asking now to pay for things that were free before updating Badi today. Now it’s impossible to ignore a recommended tenant without paying 9.99 yet again! Why can’t they monitor the pictures and have more enforced guidelines? Why did I have to pay premium multiple times for the same rooms due to a glitch and why is there no customer service? Why are they now asking for more money without any improvement to Badi or their services? Badi could be the best app in Badi Store if the management were more effective and logical.

You need to pay for talk with the possible guests. Not useful at all

Badi is the worst absolutely not easy to search.
