When I try to use the function of how to write kanji (where they show the moves with animation) it just jumps so quickly to the final drawing without showing step-by-step animation. I tried to regulate the speed to a minimum and also to a maximum but it was always the same despite the setting. I even tried to delete and download the app again but nothing works. Could you please help?

1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Shirabe Jisho » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Shirabe Jisho.

Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
