How to Cancel Revolut Subscription on your iPhone or iPad.
- First, open the settings app and tap on your name.
- Then, tap on the "Subscriptions" tab.

How to Cancel Revolut Subscription on a Mac computer.
To cancel Revolut subscription on your Mac, do the following:
- First open the Mac App Store, then click on your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click on the "View Information" tab at the top of the window and sign in if asked to do so.
- Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
- Click "Edit" beside the Revolut app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".
Note: Always make sure to use the exact username and ID you used to set up the subscription to manage that subscription when necessary. This is sometimes different from the Apple ID or Android brand ID you have set up.

- Then click "Done" on the verification page to complete the unsubscription.

The app works great and and super user friendly - I upgraded my subscription to platinum to have the full experience and no costs involved with my transactions. Although I have tried to contact the customer support to resolve an issue about a transaction and they have not got back to me for two days. Money issues are sensitive and customers need instant support when it comes to personal savings/funds. Unfortunately time costs money

Revolut offers interbank exchange rates, which are mostly the best rates available out there. Very happy with the app and my account thus far. Regarding the app, Ive been utilizing the budgeting feature and have some notes: If I change my budget for one month the app automatically changes my budget for the previous months as well. Fortunately, Iām able to personally keep track of when I do and do not stay under budget, but it would be nice if the budgeting feature took this into consideration. Also regarding budgeting and accepting payments from friends: it would be nice if you could assign the payments from friends to say, a restaurant charge. Iāve begun avoiding paying the bill with friends because it messes up my restaurant budget in the app. It would be cool if I could pay for a table of four, have my three friends pay me, then assign those payments to that restaurant charge. The app has all sorts of bells and whistles I donāt bother using. As the savings feature isnāt interest-bearing I donāt bother using it. I also donāt use the cryptocurrency feature since it seems pretty pointless when you can use other crypto-dedicated apps. I also donāt understand the donation featureāI just donate to organizations directly. I really think they should just focus on making the existing tools work extremely well with what makes Revolut unique and interesting, rather than bloat the app and the service in an attempt at appealing to everyone and no one.

I am one of the beta testers in US. Initially everything went well. I changed my direct deposit to Revolut with the hope that I would get my salary credited early. First time, it was credited early as advertised on their website. But the following paychecks were put on hold and I had to follow up with Revolut continuously to get the hold up lifted. Come on! Guys! It was my regular salary. If you check my previous transactions, you can verify yourself. But they took longer every time and I had to upload my salary slip to prove the authenticity of the transaction. I got tired with this repeated verification process. I said āenough with this stupidityā and went back to my old bank. Revolut should improve its verification process. Otherwise, it will be used as an add on bank account.

Very disappointed. I was super happy to have found such app but it is such a hassle to set up. The app did not want to accept my billing information even though it was correct. I even went to my bank to see if it was an issue on their end but they said it was a merchant error. Tried to contact customer support, which is not very easy to find, they can only be contacted via chat. They ended up asking me for a specific document from the bank to verify the information. Thought that would solve it but my bank said they do not have such document. Then tried to chat again on the app but they seem to have blocked me from the chat option because every time I click on Ā« chat with us Ā» the page becomes blank. Tried to deactivate my account but that does not seem to work either...
