Just got a new iPhone XR and transferred my apps so when I reentered my account info the screen is now stuck on half screen and won’t let me do anything on the app tried deleting and redownloaded still stuck at half screen. Please fix the app 😖
Downloaded app up for free pretzel as advertised, on July 30, however app freezes every time it gets to Ding! Your rewards are ready! Does not fully populate the screen, and remains frozen. Tried everyday since, even deleted, restarted my phone and reactivated app, still does not work. Worse app ever!! To top it off, employees don’t know anything about the app, especially not about the buy one get one free pretzel offer. Never offered us the pretzel offer, even when we showed them the ad on your website, that suggested we download this worse app ever. Hmm, shall I say worse customer service ever!!
First off, my account was somehow deleted a few months ago and I lost all my points. Then twice in one week I wasn’t able to use my rewards when I got to the store. While at home, the rewards loaded fine, but when I got to the store, the app said I didn’t have any points (but I had over 200) and it would not load my rewards. I tried refreshing the app several times. I even tried leaving the store to get a better connection. I used my other apps to make sure my phone wasn’t the problem. Terrible app and I called auntie Anne’s to make a complaint.
I have an iPhone that is two years old. I have deleted this once and downloaded it again today and it still does the same thing it is frozen on the home screen. Clicking on the home screen does nothing. I checked for updates and there are no updates for auntie Annes. I have never seen this app work in the year that I’ve had it so I’m just going to delete it again. I don’t understand why they can’t fix it. Other app developers figure it out on their apps.
EDIT: it worked for a bit but after updating to the latest iOS 12 update it does not work anymore! If they want me to use their rewards at least make it work!!! I never knew a rewards update could become a massive downgrade. App no longer works. When using the old app it told me to upgrade. I did and now it doesn’t even launch!! Don’t bother using their app it’s useless now. Event the cashier didn’t know, told me to call customer service. They couldn’t find my account at all!
