How to Cancel myHomework Student Planner

I’ve used so many different apps over the last couple years to try to manage my homework schedule, and this is the first one that has really worked for me. I can’t use physical planners because taking them out often seems like a hassle and I forget to check them for assignments. With the sync feature, I can put an assignment in on my phone or my computer, whichever I have out at the time, and not have to worry about pulling something out to put it down. I can copy links into the description for later use. The reminder feature doesn’t let me forget to check what’s due. The only improvement that would really matter to me is a way to set multiple reminders for one assignment, like one for two weeks out, another in a week, then 3 days out, 2 days out, and the night before. Sometimes I need regular reminders over a time period. Other than that I’m loving it and it’s really helped me keep up with my crazy schedule!

Just like me, you have probably been searching for the perfect app that will help you organize your student life. I kept downloading all of these different apps that I thought would be perfect, and they worked just fine, but they didn't meet all fo my needs. I felt the need to write this review so that people like your could finally know that your time of searching is done. This app is very similar to the other student planner apps, but it also has other qualities that other apps don't have. For example, if you are constantly being assigned reading or whatnot, you do not have to go in and put all of those bajillion of assignments in separately. There is a “repeat” option that, surprisingly, other homework apps don’t have. This app may not have the best ascetics (the background pictures can be blurry depending on which one you choose) but, and you can trust me on this one, this app will satisfy all of your needs. Period.

This app was exactly what I needed to survive taking 20 credits! It helped stay on track and on top of everything! I was able to put in my schedule and all the assignments I had. There was even options for you to have assignments repeat (such as with weekly homework) so you don't have to put it in multiple times. The reminders you set for all the assignments and (if you want) for when each class starts is easily customizable to your needs. For example, I can set reminders for exams and projects a week in advance because those require more time whereas regular homework can be set to a day before or even a few hours before it's due. I did find that there was a slight glitch where you can't really edit all the repeating assignments even though you selected for it to do so, but that's not a big deal for me considering all the other useful features this has. I highly recommend this app!

Don’t get me wrong. I love the app. It’s everything I need to quick me on track of my school since I’m extremely forgetful due to medical issues and multiple doctor appointments. I love how the year fee for the pro version is only 5 bucks and I can pay it in advance. My only question is how do you get reminders in the Am if the assignments are due at night? Update: I figured it out. If you have a due time that’s at 11:59 Pm. Just set the due time to an Am so you can be reminded in the morning instead of late at night. I love this app. It helped me bring my 68 D to a 74 C after midterms by reminding me of my assignments in advance. One of the side effects of my disability is cognitive impairment so I’m glad it reminds me of homework that I would have otherwise forgotten. Get this app and pay the $5 dollar premium fee. This will change your academic life.

I have been using MyHomework since my sophomore or junior year in high school, I am now just finishing my 3rd semester of college and still use the app daily. This app is what keeps me organized, I can’t even imagine how I’d remember to get all my assignments done on time without it. It works great even though none of my schools I’ve attended use it but I’m sure if it did that would be very convenient with the teacher integration and file sharing. I add all my events and homework and can attach files to my assignments on the app as well. I also have it shared to my icloud calendar so my events and assignments appear there as well, I have also shared it with my parents so they know what’s going on. I highly recommend this app and it is definitely worth the $5 a year subscription to get the extra features
