ShutEye offers an auto-renewing subscription at $59.99/year to provide unlimited access to VIP features, including a huge selection of sleep sounds, relaxing music, sleep stories, the ability to make personal mixes of sounds, sleep tracker, smart alarm, snore detector, and iOS 14 widget. Payment will be charged to the user's iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in the user's account settings. The subscription will renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The cost of renewal will be charged to the user's account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Cancelling a subscription will result in the subscription remaining active until the end of the period, and any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

  1. Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
  2. Click the ShutEye (subscription) you want to review.
  3. Click Cancel.

  1. Open your Google Play Store app.
  2. Click on Menu » "Subscriptions".
  3. Tap on ShutEye®: Sleep Tracker, Sound (subscription you wish to cancel)
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription".


How do I remove my Card from ShutEye?

Removing card details from ShutEye if you subscribed directly is very tricky. Very few websites allow you to remove your card details. So you will have to make do with some few tricks before and after subscribing on websites in the future.

  1. Goto your Mac AppStore, Click ~Your name~ (bottom sidebar).
  2. Click "View Information" and sign in if asked to.
  3. Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
  4. Click "Edit" beside the ShutEye®: Sleep Tracker, Sound app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

  2. Visit ShutEye website: Click to visit .

  3. Login to your account.
  4. In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

To cancel your ShutEye subscription on PayPal, do the following:

  1. Login to www.paypal.com .
  2. Click "Settings" » "Payments".
  3. Next, click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
  4. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to. Click on "ShutEye®: Sleep Tracker, Sound" or "Enerjoy" to cancel.

How to delete ShutEye account:


  1. Reach out directly to ShutEye via Justuseapp. Get all Contact details →

  2. Send an email to [email protected] Click to email requesting that they delete your account.


Delete ShutEye®: Sleep Tracker, Sound from iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold ShutEye®: Sleep Tracker, Sound until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the ShutEye®: Sleep Tracker, Sound app.

  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose ShutEye®: Sleep Tracker, Sound, » then click "Uninstall".

Good morning, I just left hospital with my daughter. I have been there with her since 8/2/2023 and I just received a notification that I was charged $60 for my subscription. I never even had a chance to try out this app. So may I please be refunded my money. I wanted to try it and then see if I wanted to continue. I was scammed by your company on Dec 11th, 2022 for the purchase of $65.84, I had no clue who Shuteye was until I Googled it and I did not download your app on my phone. And I want my money back I'm in the negative on my debit card, I have searched to find a contact number to talk to a live cs agent, but I keep getting a computer that is trying to charge more money to ask questions. Excuse me, but your company left me with 0.00 on my cashapp account! I'm very disappointed and sick.. I've contacted Google & Google play store, and contacted Cashapp, I did not authorize payment for Shuteye on my phone whis is android galaxy A13, my email address was used or phone number. I did the 7-day trial and they charged my card for 1 month's subscription. They claim to cancel anytime but in the iPhone subscription, there is no option to cancel. The only way to cancel is to let expire. Those tricky f%&* have an arbitration clause agreement in their app so when you agree to try their app they change what you are actually signing up for instead of a 7-day to a 30-day in my case. I called my CC company they told me to take up with Apple. SO BEWARE DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!

I signed up for the free trail, not only have I been charged for a year after contacting the customer service support to cancel the subscription, but reading everyone else's reviews it doesn't look like ill be receiving my money back either. The app was rubbish and recorded my fish tank all night which isn't very loud! It also recorded that I fell asleep in 8 minutes one night but I know for a fact I was still up at least and hour later.

I hit the app and after getting into it realized it I had an app for it on my phone. It has only been a matter of hours and realize I don’t want it. I didn’t realize the cost. I am not tech savvy and do not know how to get out of the subscription. I am retired and can’t afford it.
