How to Cancel ShutEye: Sleep Tracker Subscription on your iPhone or iPad.

  1. First, open the settings app and tap on your name.
  2. Then, tap on the "Subscriptions" tab.
    (Note that you might not automatically see this tab. In that case, tap on iTunes & Appstore)
  3. Next, tap on your Apple ID. View Apple ID then sign in and scroll down to the "Subscriptions" button.
  4. Next, tap on ShutEye (subscription) you want to review.
  5. Now, Tap on Cancel.
    (Note that if you don't see a "Cancel Subscription" button for ShutEye: Sleep Tracker, then it's definitely canceled already. It won't be renewed anymore).



How to Cancel ShutEye: Sleep Tracker Subscription on your Android device

To cancel ShutEye subscription on Android, you need to realize that deleting the ShutEye app alone won't cut it. Follow the steps below:

  1. First, open the Google Play Store. If you have multiple Google accounts, be sure you're signed into the right one.
  2. Click on menu, then go to "Subscriptions".
  3. Choose the ShutEye: Sleep Tracker subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the "Cancel Subscription" option.
  4. Finish up as directed.

Once your ShutEye subscription has been removed from Google Play, your future subscriptions will be cancelled and won't be renewed anymore.



How do I remove my Card from ShutEye?

Removing card details from ShutEye if you subscribed directly is very tricky. Very few websites allow you to remove your card details. So you will have to make do with some few tricks before and after subscribing on websites in the future.

Before Signing up or Subscribing:

  1. Create an account on Justuseapp. signup here →
  2. Create upto 4 Virtual Debit Cards - this will act as a VPN for you bank account and prevent apps like ShutEye from billing you to eternity.
  3. Fund your Justuseapp Cards using your real card.
  4. Signup on ShutEye: Sleep Tracker or any other website using your Justuseapp card.
  5. Cancel the ShutEye subscription directly from your Justuseapp dashboard.

  1. If you didn't use a Justuseapp Card when you subscribed, your only option is to contact ShutEye directly. Get their Contact info →


How to Cancel ShutEye: Sleep Tracker Subscription on a Mac computer.

To cancel ShutEye subscription on your Mac, do the following:


  1. First open the Mac App Store, then click on your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Click on the "View Information" tab at the top of the window and sign in if asked to do so.
  3. Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
  4. Click "Edit" beside the ShutEye: Sleep Tracker app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

Note: Always make sure to use the exact username and ID you used to set up the subscription to manage that subscription when necessary. This is sometimes different from the Apple ID or Android brand ID you have set up.

If you don't remember your password however, contact the App for help/to reset password.


How to Cancel ShutEye: Sleep Tracker Subscription on Paypal.

To cancel your ShutEye subscription on PayPal, do the following:

  1. First log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com .
  2. Click on the settings tab which is beside the logout option.
  3. Press "Payments" from the menu provided to you and click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
  4. You'll be shown a series of merchants' agreement you've transacted before. Click on "ShutEye: Sleep Tracker" or "Enerjoy" to cancel.
  5. You will be shown a confirmation page. Click on the "Cancel Automatic Payments" tab to affirm that you want to stop making payments to ShutEye: Sleep Tracker.
  6. Then click "Done" on the verification page to complete the unsubscription.



What to do if you subscribed directly on ShutEye's website?

Here's how to cancel your ShutEye subscription when billed through a payments provider that is not the Appstore, Playstore or Paypal.

Sometimes, you may start a subscription directly on a company's website without using an extra layer of security like Paypal or Apple. To unsubscribe, you might have to sign into ShutEye's website or directly reach out to their payments provider.

Generally, here are some steps you can take if you find yourself in that fix:

  1. Finding the company's information, then reach out to them directly: Get all ShutEye's contact details here

  2. Visit the website of ShutEye. Click to visit .

  3. Login to your account.

  4. In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".

  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.


How to delete ShutEye account

You might have created an account on ShutEye during the course of using the app. Many apps make it so easy to signup but a nightmare to delete your account. We try to make it easier but since we don't have information for every app, we can only do our best.

Delete ShutEye: Sleep Tracker from iPhone.

To delete ShutEye from your iPhone, Follow these steps:

  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold ShutEye: Sleep Tracker until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the ShutEye: Sleep Tracker app from your phone.

Method 2:

Go to Settings and click on General then click on "iPhone Storage". You will then scroll down to see the list of all the apps installed on your iPhone. Tap on the app you want to uninstall and delete the app.

For iOS 11 and above:

Go into your Settings and click on "General" and then click on iPhone Storage. You will see the option "Offload Unused Apps". Right next to it is the "Enable" option. Click on the "Enable" option and this will offload the apps that you don't use.


Delete ShutEye: Sleep Tracker from Android

  1. First open the Google Play app, then press the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner.
  2. After doing these, go to "My Apps and Games" option, then go to the "Installed" option.
  3. You'll see a list of all your installed apps on your phone.
  4. Now choose ShutEye: Sleep Tracker, then click on "uninstall".
  5. Also you can specifically search for the app you want to uninstall by searching for that app in the search bar then select and uninstall.

I emailed shuteye to cancel my subscription, they advised me how to do this for an iPhone however I have an android so I asked for advice how to cancel on an android but no response, they have now taken my money, I cannot afford to lose that amount of money as I have just been made redundant and have 2 children to feed, someone please help me!

I signed up for the free trail, not only have I been charged for a year after contacting the customer service support to cancel the subscription, but reading everyone else's reviews it doesn't look like ill be receiving my money back either.
The app was rubbish and recorded my fish tank all night which isn't very loud! It also recorded that I fell asleep in 8 minutes one night but I know for a fact I was still up at least and hour later.

I hit the app and after getting into it realized it I had an app for it on my phone. It has only been a matter of hours and realize I don’t want it. I didn’t realize the cost. I am not tech savvy and do not know how to get out of the subscription. I am retired and can’t afford it.
