I started the 7-day trial for $5.00 and then was charged $45.00 on the 6th day. I don't know why this happened, but I would like a refund because I did not authorize the charge. Plus it didn't allow me to cancel within the time frame. Thank you Sincerely Cherie Froehle

I have been trying to cancel this supposed Membership. Following your instructions on how to cancel it is fruitless. I do not want this charge like every 2 weeks. This has been going on now 8 months. You should be able to cancel once and the problem will be solved. This is fraud! You keep charging me for months for something I do not want. I want you to refund all the money you have stolen from my bank account. I am ready to claim fraud with my bank, as well as file a fraud report to the Missouri States Attorney's office. I never opened an account with this company . . . got one report and they keep billing me for absolutely nothing . . I am hoping that cancelling the PayPal will work . . . otherwise I will have to get a new debit card. What a bunch of crooks!

What I thought would be a one-time payment for one report turned out to be a subscription. I noticed I was charged the same amount the following month. App does not have a cancel subscription link. Emailed the folks at Nebula and have yet to hear from them. I did not wait for their response judging from the number of reviews I just read. I went ahead and cancelled my card.

When you message them, there is an automated message sent out that tells you that they can not provide you a refund. I guess the only way to unsubscribe is to cancel your card and get a new one. Smh. Same with comments on the app store.

From what I understand, the reason the customer service may not be answering people that email them is because they are based in Cyprus. This is a Middle Eastern country in Europe where their main languages are Greek and Turkish. Getting anything in English may not be legible and therefore are unable to be answered. However, the director of the company that runs the app, Stamatis Skianis, also did a sneaky thing in the Terms and Conditions that read along the lines as "we don't have to give you customer support, but we will when we feel like it." They also put into the Terms and Conditions that they will not refund you. Not only is the impossibly hard unsubscription unlawful in the US, but also in Cyprus. So like, if anyone wanted to sue this guy for all he's got and redistribute that money to everyone ripped off, they totally could.

This company makes it impossible to cancel the reoccurring subscription charges. There are no settings in the app to access the ability to cancel your subscription. I can't get it canceled.
