This app allows for the setting of a workout time and a break while giving the ability to continue to cycle. Which is much better than resetting 20 second timers. Though I think the app should all the beeping sounds during the workout period and break period to alert the user of the shift, because some excercises go back to back. This feature would making tracking your position in the workout even better.
Most interval apps are incredibly clunky. The interface for this app is very smooth, once you take a couple m minutes to learn it — the interface is pretty intuitive, but it won’t hold your hand if you’re having trouble figuring it out. More importantly, after updating this morning, the app isn’t reliably making sounds anymore! I hope they catch this and patch it.
I’ve been using the free version for almost 2 years now and it works well. I feel like the developers try to actually make it better with the updates. I usually turn the wifi off though when I work out so the ads won’t bother me. Thanks for having a free version that works perfectly and doesn’t require a subscription!
This is the kinda app I love. Simple to use, intuitive, and no BS. I needed an interval timer, this is an interval timer. You can name and store different interval sets with different set count, duration and rest times. One thing I would love would be if I could make an interval set have different length time slots if I wanted. So like 30sec, 10rest x 5 sets then 1 set of 1 minute for example. As it stands this is a great app 10/10
I had looked at some other workout timer apps that always didn’t have one thing I needed, but when I opened up this app I was astonished to find it looking good, the app had the workout time, rest time, at it had repeat time, when you start it even had a countdown to let you get setup, and most of all it was was easy to use. Thankyou!
