Good job to the developer for putting the customizable option and let you edit the start time if you forget to start the clock or were too busy to do it. Thinking ahead is the way to go!
Perfect for keeping track of my daily fast. I checked out other fasting apps and most required iOS 10, so I'm happy that this one doesn't require it because I don't want to upgrade. Simple to use, easy to edit times if you forget to input or start a fast. I like being able to look at my history of fasts. Minimal ads is nice.
This is the fourth app I downloaded for intermittent fasting. This is the only one that I understood. I don’t know why I had issues with the others. I just couldn’t follow them. As soon as I downloaded this app everything came together. I feel confident with it. I even purchased without the ads. Maybe now I can stay on track. Good job
I used 4 apps at one time for a few days and after a week this was the one that I decided to use. This isn’t a slick looking app but it gives edit ability, it tracks long fasts and has a couple extra stats which I like. Other apps looked much better but they were lacking in functionality.
I like this app mainly because I can customize it to what I need. It’s easy to use. I like the reminders. It helps me to press on when I may feel I want to give in but I look at it and it tells me how much longer I have to go and so I think to myself I can do this! I getting healthier each day!
