It really is easy!
The application is good but has worked much better on the early start. Once new claim created is automatically shifted to "My Claims History", once is treated and payed should go to "My Latest Reimbursement " folder. On the begging this was working fine, but now all folders are doubled and also "My Claims History" folder is always full with many old claims. To be improoved.
My session timed out in the middle of filing a claim because I had to deal with a phone call.I lost my claim. Your system should auto-save in this case. I could give you 5 stars if you could add this type of intelligent function to your app.
