APRILInternationalEasyClaim will not find any doctor when I use my current location or specify a location.
Just stuck on the photo uploads without the ability to reset or go back to previous page. So basically useless
“Forgot your password” link does not work.
Buyer beware! Any claim submitted through APRILInternationalEasyClaim will be systematically denied for false reasons. For instance, an invoice for a psychiatrist visit covered by your policy will be considered a “technical procedure” and therefore denied. Claims for common prescription medication will be denied because “the medication is not covered”, even if your policy does in fact cover it. Think you can just call Customer Service to get that resolved? Think again! They do not accept calls about claims, and do not reply to emails.
Avoid at all cost!!!!
The application is good but has worked much better on the early start. Once new claim created is automatically shifted to "My Claims History", once is treated and payed should go to "My Latest Reimbursement " folder. On the begging this was working fine, but now all folders are doubled and also "My Claims History" folder is always full with many old claims.

My session timed out in the middle of filing a claim because I had to deal with a phone call.I lost my claim. Your system should auto-save in this case. I could give you 5 stars if you could add this type of intelligent function to your app.
Please enhance the ap to allow other docs to uploaded, not just JPG’s.
