Email Signature Pro Reviews

This used to be a great project. Yesterday (after not using it for a couple years), I updated my existing work signature with a new email address and logo. I sent an email from iPhone to Outlook on desktop, then copy/pasted into a new signature. The huge issue is that it copied the new company logo onto my old work logo and shows the new logo on EVERY email ever sent from that account. I have spent hours trying to fix this and it still won’t revert back to original.

Used to be a great app. Now it doesn’t paste automatically. Every time I use it I have to go to EmailSignaturePro & it says “copied” but not so. I see they supposedly did a fix six months ago and that’s around the time I started experiencing problems.

I want my money back! This is a horrible app. To use your signature you have to send the emails through EmailSignaturePro . The process of creating the signature is not straight forward and do not allow for personalization.

It’s a dead app. Stay away.

What they don't make very clear when you are reading about EmailSignaturePro : you have to go into the signature app, choose a signature, then EmailSignaturePro (one million years later) will launch your mail app so you can send a message from within it. If you're replying, it's even more complicated. I should have trusted my instincts when I read all the bad reviews, but one guy said "Don't worry about the bad reviews," and I fell for it. I emailed the company about a refund, they directed me to Apple's no refund policy, I grew bitter for taking a risk on a slightly more price app (I skipped the free version, like an idiot, because I thought "Why would I want to email someone with an advertisement at the bottom of my message?"). Lousy experience that takes the fun out of app shopping. To be clear: they don't falsely advertise what EmailSignaturePro does, they just aren't straight forward in their description, and they shouldn't waste every one's time on an app that is irrelevant in it's journey to get around the Mail app. Just do something useful until Apple makes the Mail app more third party friendly, boys. Or go on vacation with our money.

HAD to write a review as there aren't many and the one that is there is... rediculous. I almost didn't give it a shot because of that.. EmailSignaturePro works wonderfully and does exactly what it says it does. The only change I thought would be nice is if you could just add a photo from your library instead of having to use an url for the pic (easy enough tho, just upload to flickr for free and use that if you don't have space on a server).
Ideally, this functionality would be built in to the iPhone OS so you wouldn't have to launch EmailSignaturePro first to insert it into an email, but if you're looking for something infinitely better than the text only iPhone signature option, this is best I've seen. Very cool buttons for social network sites, nice formatting options for the text, etc.. Looks totally pro!

I was hesitant to buy after reading the reviews but it looked so appealing. I am so glad I did it. This is THE BEST. It does everything it said it would and it works just fine on my i5. I now have 4 different signatures that automatically insert into a new email easily. This is exactly what I was looking for for my company. I will support these guys in reviews for sure.
👉First of all, the cursive works fine. I discovered that you just unclick the bold or italics option.
👉Second, it is true that adding your own social network icon doesn't work. They need to fix this. But EmailSignaturePro offers you a star or a world globe icon if you want to use that instead.
And so what if it only has three fonts.

This is pretty good for business application where you can add a custom signature to all your emails. Pretty easy to setup and easy to use. Only complain I have is that I have to use EmailSignaturePro to compose an email all the time and cannot attach the signature to replies and forwards. There might be a way to do it but I am not aware of it. Have been using this for a while before I decided to write a review for the same and I would totally recommend the pro version for the price. It pays for itself...

I've been wrestling with signatures on my iPhone for a while, and for the most part, EmailSignaturePro fits the bill. There's only three things that I would love to see added to future versions of EmailSignaturePro.

First and foremost would be integration with the iPhone's mail program, so that signatures could be added from within EmailSignaturePro .

If that can't be done, then my "option" would be to be able to specify a default e-mail address for each signature within EmailSignaturePro itself. That way when I select my business signature, it defaults to my business e-mail address, and not the default address on the iPhone. This would go a long way to insure that mail doesn't accidentally get sent from the wrong e-mail address.

Finally, I'd love to be able to add color to the text. i'd like my name in one color, my title in another color and the secondary text in a third color.

Otherwise, for those of us who use multiple e-mail addresses for multiple purposes and need to use more than one signature, EmailSignaturePro is well worth the investment!

First ill say that YES you do have to open EmailSignaturePro for the signature BUT it opens fast and after using it a couple of times you will see its simple to do this "extra" step. Apple is the one who limits certain things you can do with email apps.
Bottom line is EmailSignaturePro is well done and easy to set-up. It walks you through each step & lets you check the links you add right there. And of course it makes a really nice signature that gets noticed.
I give it a 5 instead of a 4 because too many gave it 1 or 2 stars and thats an unfair rating for such a nice app.

I have had EmailSignaturePro for awhile and before the update to IOS4, I had given it 5 stars. It has become too cumbersome to use now that you have to copy and paste the signature to your email. There are just too many steps just to insert the signature unlike before where it was very simple. I really do hope the developer finds a better solution to insert the signature with IOS4 in the near future. Prior to the update it was an awesome app. It's an okay app now. Even though it is cumbersome to copy and paste a signature, it's still cool to customize email signatures. I hope I can give it 5 stars when / if the developer makes it more user friendly.

I've noted the proposed changes for the next version -- all of which would address the issues I have with the current version.

The result looks very good when viewed in the iPhone mail or in Mac's mail program. However, in Outlook, there is no space between the right edge of the picture and the beginning of the text and the text defaults to Times Roman, and each of the icons contains a blue box indicating the icon is clickable -- the result is not good. These are all simple html issues that should be easily addressed, unless Outlook is too out of sync with html.

EmailSignaturePro is just what I needed! I was disappointed at first until I discovered I could indeed assign a signature to each email account I have. Granted, it's a drawback that I have to do it manually, but I suspect that is because of the way Apple currently has things set up. I understand changes are afoot for how Apple will handle different email accounts in their next release. Hopefully, that will allow some positive changes in this program as well. At the moment I still think it's worthy of five stars.

Love EmailSignaturePro. It is elegantly made, easy to use, and presents an elegant and beautiful signature that allows your correspondents to easily contact you, network with you, and read your published material via those cool link buttons. The ability to add photos and avatars from my Touch photo library is awesome. Get EmailSignaturePro. And if you have questions and concerns, as I did, you'll find that this developer actually cares about his customers and answers emails quickly.

I nearly didn't buy EmailSignaturePro because of bad reviews. My opinion -- it is awesome. Fast, intuitive, no bugs, no crashes, does what it's supposed to -- and more. I like that images are hosted on their servers. Also, plenty of room for extra text. If you need multiple signatures you will like EmailSignaturePro. (I nearly didn't upgrade OS from 3.1 to 4.1 because of bad reviews. I've had zero problems with OS4 either. Thrilled with that, too)

Just a thought but I paid $5 bucks for the convenience of switching my email signature from personal to business. As hi tech as the iphone is there seems to be a lack of technology that are not available for the daily use.
My Wish List:
would like to have signature look exactly like what I see on my desktop.
If I am writing an email on my personal it should be able to detect that and input signature accordingly
Do you really have to charge $5 for something I could have used on the Lite version??

This is a great and takes a bit to get used to at first, especially when exporting to Outlook 2011 on my Mac. It does work after a bit of tweaking and after using it for a few days I have received a lot of compliments. It's great for potential clients to click on the hotlinks so they can view my photography website, sample slideshows and my Facebook page, all from one area. The signature designs are flexible and look very professional.

A fantastic program for business people and others who need or want to put their contact information at the bottom of all or most of their e-mails.

Very powerful, with lots of options (e.g., multiple different signatures that you can create an then select from), and also easy to set up and use.

Would have given a five-star review if you could include in your signature more than one graphic file, which we need to do.

With about 9 email accounts piping into my iPhone this is just what I needed to have professional email signatures for the various personal and business email accounts. Works just fine based on the limitations of the iPhone operating system and I've had several compliments and enquireries about my signature and how I did it.

EmailSignaturePro is used daily. It keeps my email signature consistent on my iPhone, iPad and even allows you to export it into your desktop mail account! Multiple signatures are great for keeping business and personal separate and they all look awesome! No more having to find a social media logo, resizing to make unison and setting up a link. This is app does it all for you!!! Must buy!
