Bonjour depuis la mise à jour sur votre nouvelle application. Mon casque cette application FARO ne fonctionne plus. Il n’est plus reconnu par mon téléphone ni l application sauf en mode branché où il est juste allumé en vert. La télécommande, la même chose elle ne s allume plus. Je ne peu plus rien faire avec. Que me proposez vous comme solution….
The app is neat but it’s not working as it should.
Several problems :
- remote is paired but always appears disconnected
- applying effect on helmet is not working (still loading and saying « Applying effect » continuously
- because remote is not connected, turn signals doesn’t work
- we don’t now how to turn on or off the remote
- the on/off button on the helmet is so strong, you need to press so hard (with 2 fingers and all you force) on it to get it working (I don’t understand how someone was ok with that during the conception process of the helmet)
I use an iPhone 13 and I have a great WiFi/bluetooth connexion.
I will update my notation when someone will give me solutions (the video tutorials don’t help).
The App doesn't update firmware (for samrtlight and remote nav). No progression within one hour whereas everithing was connected
