If you are outside UK don’t try this app. I have paid and submitted an order and 15 days later it has not arrived. I have contacted the customer service and none gets in contact with me or take my request seriously.

I ordered an email valentine to be sent to my wife Laura Tuson’s usual email address. She is on holiday in Goa at this time.

The card, which I spent a lot of time choosing and constructing included a 4 verse love poem, now somewhere in the either, and presumably lost forever?

Much to our joint disappointment it never arrived. Especially mine! as although you confirmed despatch when I contacted you P.M. on 14 February; It still hasn’t arrived at her confirmed email address and I am in the doghouse.

My phone isn’t new enough to upgrade so now the app won’t open. Disappointing, I’ve been a loyal user for years.

They’re great when you want to send a card, but then they don’t stop bothering you with messages inviting you to send more cards. It’s SO annoying

Disappointed in late arrival of last 2 cards!

Unfortunately my iPad has not got ios16 yet. I am unable to access cette application. I want to send my son a birthday card but can’t.
I have had my account for many years and only one problem has happened in that time. Now I’m stuck unable to buy any cards.

The website is much easier to use now

Just téléphone my mother for Mother’s Day, no card and no chocolates for her special day. Great surprise eh!!!!!!

So much easier on the App. Thank you for making life much simpler for sending beautiful cards to friends and family all over the world. Been using moo pig for many years, so have seen many changes in your set up, great work.

I like the app generally and think it’s nifty to have a handwritten ability, however the preview of the handwritten message shows a black box with smudgy writing. Rather strange. I hope it doesn’t come out like that when they print it!

Good discovery if, like me, you live overseas. Good CS if cards vanish into the post office black hole. Have belonged to E-card only sites but for some it’s just nice to receive a card to pin up
