I have signed up for the 1 month subscription. Unfortunately the app is not letting me do anything. I recently attended the Luke Bryan concert at sports authority field here in Denver Colorado on August 4th. I paid for the VIP all access experience . Unfortunately I did not get to experience the VIP package. I have been trying to contact someone to let them know I asked several managers and employees to help point me in the right direction towards the VIP experience. Disappointing none of the staff had a clue what I was talking about so I missed the whole experience! I am a huge Luke Bryan fan ! I been wanting to see him for several years now. The concert was amazing! I just wish I would have got to experience every bit of what I paid for.

Great content when it works every year I renew the all access and every year it does not link. It takes three days to hear from someone that often replies with a generic message to manage it from the website or change my password. Then when that does not work someone who runs the website refers me back to the app developers. I wish they would get on the same page, not seeing content for over a week now that I paid for.

Signed up to be able to access tickets for a pre sale occurring in a few days. App has disabled my account. Almost never found an email address to contact help. Once e-mail was sent, I received an auto reply that they’ll get back with me in 3-4 days. A lot of help that is! The presale will be over!! App design appears to need improvements. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied. Of course it took my money without a hitch!!
